First time dining at this establishment. Celebrating a friend's birthday. This is his favorite place for chocolate souffle. Food,service, and atmosphere five stars. Definitely recommend the ribeye. Super tender will melt in your mouth.

Incredible experience with the ambience, the quality/taste of food, and spectacular service. Above and beyond assurance of satisfaction from the manager, Jules. Who came by multiple times to wish us a happy anniversary and make sure everything was great. Spectacular service and extensive knowledge from the server, Joey! From spectacular suggestions to great humor to extreme detailed knowledge of wines and the food menu. Overall excellent service. Very happy and would come back again!

Robin was our server and she was the best! She knew the menu very well and was patient with us, it was our first time there. The drinks were really good and the food was amazing. Definitely will be returning!

I absolutely love 801 chop house! I went there to celebrate my son’s birthday and it was lovely. The portions are large. The food is delicious. The service is phenomenal. My son even got a candle on his crème brûlée dessert with happy birthday written on his plate. The table had birthday confetti for the event. Over all a lovely dining experience.

Pricey!!!! Be ready to drop a couple bills. But the service and quality of meats is worth it. We only save this place for really special occasions but they know what they are doing with the cooking of a great steak. The sides are shareable so be aware of that. We love going here for our anniversary because they make a special printout of the menu and decor for it.

We had an amazing experience here. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our server Jospeh was patient with us while we made our choices. I recommend seeing the meat tray because it changed our minds on how and what we ordered. Perfect spot for a date night or a celebration!

Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner here. Jamie was our server and she was so sweet and helpful. Food was delicious and the prime rib was the best I’ve ever had. ONLY complaint was that the cocktail sauce was insanely hot. I love horse radish but this was a bit too much.

We visited 801 Chophouse. It was an incredible experience. To begin they had the Championship Nuggets Trophy at the restaurant. We made reservations, as always our table was ready and Matt/Jamie were absolutely extraordinary. We sat in the booths by the bar area. Matt and Jamie have wonderful customer services attributes and were very attendant to us. They were helpful with the menu and explained what might be best for the kiddos, they suggested a Tomahawk for the table which was a great idea. It was cooked to perfection and the drinks were equally amazing. The sides and appetizers were so delicious. We were also greeted by the GM Dan, he was the best! He was knowledgeable and was such delight to speak to, the kids loved him. The kids were able to take pictures with the Championship Trophy, it's something they'll never forget. All in all, this experience was like a fairy tale, we will be back and I recommend this restaurant for events, date night or just lovely dinner. We ended the night with the chocolate cake and ice cream, it was sensational.

Came here last month and was absolutely amazed with the service and quality. The valley parking was superb and meant we didn't have to hike in. Our dinner was great! The black n blue steak was to die for!

We were seated in their wine room. We spent 3-4 hours as a huge party and never once wondered where to get a drink or a dessert. There were roughly 20 people in our party and we all had a ball. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We literally can't get over how amazing this establishment is!!! My friend and I are on a cross country road trip trying the best restaurants each major city has to offer and 801 didn't disappoint in the slightest. The professionalism and service was off the charts. And let's not forget about the food!!! We started with the beautiful grand seafood platter before moving best steaks ever!! We had the A-5 Wagyu which came with a certificate (super awesome), wet aged filet (to die for), and delmonico dry aged! All topped with bone marrow butter or truffle butter! The chef even gave us a tour of the kitchen and dry aged locker! I cannot wait for them to open in Northern Virginia (tysons corner) so I can bring everyone I know! We will be praising your name coast to coast 801 Chophouse!!!

I went to the 801 chophouse for my birthday yesterday, and I received the best customer service from Jules Grant! She was extremely patient friendly and willing to do what was necessary to make sure I had a great experience at the restaurant. She truly deserves a shout out and we will definitely be back because of her service ! Our server was amazing as well! And, of course the Steak was delicious!

Our server was very friendly and upbeat. Our drinks were delicious and the food was wonderful. The scallops were cooked perfectly and did not taste too fishy. For sides we had the scalloped potatoes ( creamy awesomeness), roasted mushrooms and creamed spinach. There were 5 of us and three sides were perfect.

Sat at the bar two nights ago. The bartender (long hair, from Georgia, lovely personality but I didn’t get his name) made it a great experience. Food was so good (oysters, filet slider, blue cheese chips). Fun happy hour at the bar goes until 6.

Glad I spent my birthday here. This is our 3rd time celebrating a special occasion & it's become such a special place to us. Staff were great & food is always excellent!

Every time I come here I get nothing but excellent service. This has to be my favorite steakhouse in all of Denver. Last night we got the Marrow Bone for an appetizer. If you have not tried this dish, you are seriously missing out. I got a petite wedge salad which was delightful & crisp. My husband got the French onion soup. I didn’t try it but he said it could compete with his all- time favorite. For the main course we got the prime rib. Let me just tell you, this was probably the best piece of meat I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve tried steaks from all over. I know the prime rib is technically not a steak, but I’m just using this for comparison. GET THE PRIME RIB! We paired it with potatoes au gratin. They had the perfect crunch in top, with the right amount of tenderness underneath. The whole meal with unbelievable and we will be returning.

We thought we would check out Sunday supper. We've never been to 801 before. Sunday suppers a fixed menu for $56 a person. It was totally worth it and amazingly delicious. The servers were excellent. We will definitely be back.

At the risk of making it harder to simply drop in for a great steak, I want to brag on 801 Chophouse. We made a reservation for NYE (early) and had a great time. Old school chophouse atmosphere, great service, and perfect steak. Perfect everything!!

Great American Steakhouse! We came in for an early dinner, and it was perfect! Not too many people in the house and our server was great to chat with about the Denver area. 10/10 would go again next time I’m in Denver.

This place is incredible! Although I have never been in here and it's been busy, the food and the service are amazing. Perfect for date night as I celebrated my parents anniversary here and they made it very special by decorating the table and buying them dessert. My boyfriend I split the bone in ribeye and had black truffle butter melted on the top which was phenomenal. The broccolini was also full of flavor! Highly recommend for dinner or happy hour in the bar.

Our server, Jamie was very attentive and responsive to our needs for more water and another cocktail when it was appropriate. The shrimp cocktail was excellent! My friend had the boneless prime rib, and it was cooked perfectly. I had a medium rare to rare prime rib that was outstanding with creamy horseradish sauce:-)
