Express

I was having a not great day. I work in the mall so on my break I decided to head into express, knowing they were having a sale. I found two items that I thought would work for me and headed to check out. Then I met Josef! He informed me I had two rewards AND was kind enough to try and use a coupon for me. I was FLOORED. He was so sweet and made my entire day. Go Josef!

I had the best shopping trip here. Goregous clothes & found a beauiful chiffon type top to wear to work along with a nice pair of white fitted pair of pants which looked killer on me. The sales associate was very helpful, polite & checked on me. Some of the clothes can be a bit pricy but the style, colors and fabrics are well worth the cost. I love this store. It's always full of great finds and everything looks well displayed.

Went inside looking for a suit when Kameron gave my wife and I a good tutorial on how to suit shop.

Also the stylist Jayson was very enthusiastic about his job which added to the experience.

Leslie helped me find a perfect shirt today. I went to several stores in the mall, and by far her customer service she provided was the very best. She even came and checked in on me at the fitting room at exactly the right moment to see if I needed a different size. Thank you for the great shopping experience!

They have really really quality people that work here at this location. They all have great sense of fashion and recommendations for the best fit you’re looking for. Definitely worth the price because of the quality of sharp looking clothes and of course the excellent customer service experience. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Will come back for my professional/casual clothing needs!

Love this store and right now everything is at least 30% off and some 50% off. I got the cutest work-appropriate jumpsuit in a pretty emerald green 50% off. I was helped by Alisha and we got a great deal on my stuff and his stuff. Great quality clothing, usually a little pricey but with the seasonal sale everything is pretty affordable. Also, chargers and adjustable lights in the changing rooms and an in-store bathroom.

I had the most wonderful experience with Jayson today. He was so helpful, he actually put effort into helping me find what I needed AND he even helped me make sure that my new clothes were wrinkle free as I was stopping in on my way to work.

This experience really made my day, and I look forward to spending more money with Jayson soon.

Always an amazing shopping experience. Major shout out to the store manager, Jason, for not only consistently going above and beyond for customer service, but finding passion in what he does. Elizabeth & Eric were INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! They went above and beyond for me regarding sizing, checking other stores for sizing & helping me make decisions on what to buy!! They dug deep to find my shoe size, and I left feeling so happy with my purchase!! I definitely will be shopping at this store again!!

Very thankful for their customer service. An associate had made a mistake during my checkout yesterday and when I had called, Kristen said it would be taken care of. When I came back in they were able to correct the problem and were very helpful and patient with me. Thanks so much! I will be back for more shopping.

Bright, lively store with lots of items in stock and awesome sale events. But above all else, the staff make this store shine. Shout out to Arif and Amethyst for handling the crowds like champs and helping me find the perfect size and selection of the things I was interested in. Loved my shopping experience and will definitely be back.

Went in looking to see if I could find a shirt I had once bought from there. The cashier was very helpful. She went out of her way to see if the shirt was still in stock, unfortunately it wasn't but I appreciate the effort she put. Great store & workers .

Danie was super helpful in my search for a suit. Bringing me different signs and many options to choose from, making a new experience for me easy and fun. She's awesome! The light change effect in the dressing rooms was a game changer. Very cool!

Aref, the personal stylist at Express in Cherry Creek, completely changed my life....

And that’s putting it lightly. I don’t know if he will ever understand the extent to which he positively impacted the way I see myself and feel in my own skin. In 3 hours, he helped me find a COMPLETELY new wardrobe, head to toe, and for the first time in my adult life, I felt sexy and confident in my body! I would have been completely lost without his support and guidance. I will forever be a loyal shopper to Express. No question about about it. The clothes were beautiful and so well made for the price. I feel that I have finally been set free from the self sabotaging thoughts of “I’m not good enough.. nothing fits... I have had excellent custumer service the last two times I have been at this location. Kevin helped correct an order that kept going wrong online for me. This was a huge deal because this is my future husband's suit for our wedding. We were able to get the correct sizes and won't have to take our buisness somewhere else. Kevin also helped me on my next visit return the wrong sized item that the online team sent me. Thanks for being so friendly and eager to assist me. You made all the difference =)

Had a lovely customer experience at this Express thanks to Ms. Carrie. She was so kind, cheerful, and absolutely delightful to be around. Highly recommend you stop in and see her, even if it’s just to bring a smile to your face.

My "go to" for business casual clothes. Great selection, and there is always some kind of sale happening. If what you want is not in inventory, they will send it to you without charging s/h. Excellent returns policy also, they do what it takes to keep you happy!
