American Eagle Store

I had a great experience at this location. I felt acknowledged when I came in the store which was nice. Everyone was so readily available to help which I appreciated, since trying to buy new jeans can be a hassle. I also appreciated the engagement. Everyone asked how I was doing and made conversation. while, some other stores in the mall you walk in and the employees they’re on their phones and don’t even say anything to you it feels awkward. But not this AE store love it!!! Such a great team.

Had a fantastic experience here this weekend. The staff is all SO friendly and the store was really well kept - everything was folded nicely and organized. The dressing rooms were clean and lovely. One guy came up to me and asked if he could start a fitting room for me - when I went to the fitting room, everything was laid out beautifully for me and organized by size. This is also the only place in the mall that had jean shorts that weren’t inappropriately short. They are also the softest denim I’ve ever felt! Loved it here. Will go back for sure.

I have been shopping at this location sporadically over the last 5 years, and much more frequently over the last 2, and I've been meaning to leave a positive review forever! Every single time I come in, everyone is so welcoming, kind, and helpful...never overbearing and never feel pressured into purchasing. The customer service is so good i switched from primarily shopping online to WANTING to come in the store, even after they started charging for parking. I just wanted to say thank you for being so awesome!

I recently went to this AE I had the most amazing customer service. I was able to order some items that weren’t in store & the associates were all happy to help!

I had a shipping mishap where I got the wrong color dress a few different times, and the store manager at this ae was SO HELPFUL! She totally understood my frustration and called headquarters and it felt like she did everything she could to help me and compensate for the mistakes with my previous orders. I come to the ae pretty often so I feel it's always been a good store, but wow it's definitely one of the best stores and shopping/return experiences I've had!

Not a bad store... seems Jean's are getting to be cheaply made though had a pair less than a week and ripped them out. Even got a size larger than I wear to avoid the issue.

I called to inquire about a return I made but had not seen a credit yet and without hesitation the employee asked me questions to find an answer. Within a few minutes I had an answer. Best customer service I’ve experienced in awhile!

Their clothing is true to size. A good store with cool clothes. Although I must admit I hold out for sales.

This is a large AE and it has tons of selection. The staff is always attentive and helpful and the store is kept really organized and clean!

Excellent customer service and great selection of everything except lingerie products.

So glad they are body positive and moved to selling bigger sizes in store.
