Nordstrom

I'm not a great shopper, I'm short with curves and finding clothes that fit well takes a lot of trial and error. It makes me sweaty and grouchy. This store has the nicest people, though, and today I was helped by Galina P, a wonderful woman in the dress department. It made me want to go back and keep trying on stuff. Fight another day. They have a great selection, lots of dressing rooms, a place for alterations. I found a perfect dress for a wedding there 6 months ago. Had such a good experience each time I had to come on and write something nice. Give that staff a raise.

Great service and order pickup is extremely fast. The staff was courteous and got my order quickly and without any fuss. The only downside is the lack of free parking. I refuse to pay $2 just to pick up a package and leave within 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Otherwise, it's a great store to pick up your necessities in a flash. 5 stars.

I am usually not one to shop at department stores but Brad, at Cherry Creek Nordstroms, has renewed my faith in department stores. Not only is he helpful, friendly and inviting, but he also understand style and fashion on every level of the clients needs. He has absolutely gone above and beyond, on numerous occasions, to help me with my needs and I want him to be recognized for his efforts as post-Covid retail experience has been subpar for me and Brad has renewed my faith and I will be a customer with for the rest of my life!

Ever since I moved to Denver I have always really enjoyed coming here . The people who work here have always been very friendly and helpful. It would be really great if they offered some of their more natural cosmetics in store that they have online that are clean and focus on conservation and are friendly for the environment. Also more choices for eco friendly clothing that is sustainable and possibly a little TLC in the maintenance of the store .

There is a reason I have done the majority of my shopping with Nordstrom for years. I had made a purchase earlier this year, and had a bout of bad personal stuff right after. I was way past the return window. I explained this to the gal who helped me (Solome N.) and she returned my items without even any remarks. This was honored to me once before, years ago, and I was fearful that they wouldn’t take my return this time. I am beyond grateful for the best customer service out there!

Had the best shopping and return experience with Jennifer, she helped make my returns fast and easy, plus her great gift wrapping skills will take her far in life!!

I tried to buy shoes 3 weeks ago and couldn’t get anyone to help. Went back this morning and had the good fortune of having Jonathan be my salesman. He was kind, attentive, patient and offered excellent suggestions. Came home with 4 new pairs. Oh! And the special ON shoe person was unprofessional, rude and terrible. ON should let her go! (She was the ON employee working on the morning of November 4th).

I have long been a fan of Nordstroms and recently ran into some anxiety with an online order. On a points day (where rewards members earn more points per dollar) I had ordered around $1500 worth of new luggage for myself and my mother as Christmas gifts. We received the email that all four items were ready for pick up and I about had a heart attack when only two were there. The box said all four items were accounted for which just wasn't true. How can one loose a 29 inch suitcase, it's huge! I was very stressed but the lovely associates helped. Specifically, Bez in the guest pick up area helped me retain my points and exchanged my online order for merchandise in store. It was a unfortunate mistake that wound up taken care of very well. The whole mishap took just over two days to resolve, I received a personalize note from Bez which I found endearing and personal. Excellently handled, sucks the situation happened in the first place, though mistakes happen! I am grateful for the kindness and patience with the Nordstrom Cherry Creek team.

Ira was a real superstar. She made us feel like we were important to her and she helped us find a bunch of stuff we were looking for. She’s a Christmas savior and I’d love to dap her up.

Jenna in the lingerie department is fantastic! Best bra fitting I have ever had. It’s been years since I had been fitted and with having kids and shoulder surgery, she 100% understood the assignment. Thank you again Jenna!

I decided to get my Ms. Claus Christmas shopping done in person this year rather than online, and OHMYGOSH am I glad I did. Retail magic is not dead! Walking into Nordstrom, I was immediately treated like a V.I.P. by Carrie in the children's department. Not only did she quickly help me find the PERFECT gifts for everyone on my list, she also helped me with getting some much needed comfy yet stylish booties for work. She had ENDLESS patience with me and even ran up to grab boxes for all my gifts. Carrie you are a STAR! Thank you so much and I will be back to shop with you very, very soon! xoxoxo

I ordered a Boden Halloween Dress for my daughter. It just went on sale so I scooped it up. However, standard delivery would have had it arrive in November. Not really a big deal it was on sale after all. I open my mailbox and the Cherry Creek had quickly sent it to us in N. Colorado on Oct 29. What a fun surprise. Thanks for being awesome!

My waiter was quite friendly and responsive. He was understanding of my circumstances in not wanting to order alcohol and was not pushy. I ordered and ate my entree first, was still hungry, then ordered soup and salad. Of course, all the items were excellent.

This Nordstrom never disappoints. The customer service is consistent and they keep their store pretty well organized.

A very nice store. Helpful staff. I was looking for a dressy top and they assisted me. I found what I was looking for.

Nordstrom has many beautiful things to buy but what I really like is the Salad Niciose at Bazilles in Nordstrom.

They were very helpful, Definitely would recommend the service and the cool inventory.

This is one of the few companies left that still seems to put their customers first. I never hesitate to buy something here because I want to spend my money at places that make me feel like I'm valued, respected, and appreciated. Nordstrom definitely fits the bill for that!

I had my purse stolen and everything in it I need to buy some things to replace them and Lex at cherry creek Nordstrom in Denver Colorado was absolutely wonderful in the way he helped even get into my credit Experian so I could record this. Alex is fantastic and Deric way above usual thank you
