Located not too far from downtown with plenty of parking spaces. Place is filled with mid tier brand names and had some pretty good offers. Clothing discounts are better if you buy multiple pieces from the same outlet. Dining options are a little limited, better to come after lunch and shop it out!

The playground & adult slide alone is worth it...much less all the specialty stores that have such high quality stuff! Love this place!!

The best outlet in Denver. Very modern and a great selection of stores. Definitely better than the castle rock outlets in almost every sense.

The best outlets is here. Everything you need, food court and food trucks plus water features and plenty of rides and fun for the kids. Me and my wife walk and shop here often. Stores require masks and 6 feet apart so on busy days you will wait outside before you enter. Enjoy!

Nice and clean! Lots of really good outlets! Indoor food court with some unique options. Even a sushi bar inside. Restrooms were clean and plentiful. A water fountain and outdoor fireplace in the center. A playground to entertain the children also here. Good place to shop.

This outlet is absolutely perfect. Everything is new and clean and fresh. There's a huge amazing playground for the kids with a slide that will take their breath away. There's plenty of very comfortable seating throughout and phone charging stations. If you are interested in any of the stores, come with your whole family. The kids will play forever and your partner won't mind sitting comfortably as you shop. There's also lots more great shopping nearby.

Awesome Grand opening! Live music, acrobats from America's Got Talent and so many freebies and prizes. Love the mall, partial coverage and partially open air. The park is phenomenal! Just massive with stuff for every age and the swings are awesome. They had free balloonists and face painting today. Only thing that was a downer was the food pavilion, only two restaurants open and the pavilion is huge but only two more restaurants are opening. So odd, no options!
Everything else was awesome. Great stores and really nice sitting areas outside.

This mall is a great place to shop with the family, too brands and very quiet and exclusive atmosphere. Very high recommended.

I would return just to check out the playground. Amazing pieces in there. Shops were nice too. Get more stuff for guys besides clothing and shoes. ;)

This place has gotten much nicer. High end shops though I would t really call them outlets, nice to have almost of my favorite brands in one location. Check out Johnston Murphy, nice selections and good sales.

One of my favorite outdoor malls in Colorado! Lots of great shopping, excellent food choices, and the children's play area is lovely. It can't get any better with the location being right off the highway.

We love stopping by to play at the amazing playground here. Even better? Snow Days is open for the summer! Right on the east side of the playground, this snowcone place is delicious. With no artifical flavors or sweeteners, it's a fantastic treat on a hot day!

A five stars shopping experience where the options are unlimited and the foods are many but what took my breath away if the play area fkr the kids, it's like nothing anywhere in the world. I enjoyed shopping for gifts and clothing and walking around. There are some bargains too but the space is considerably big and the stores are always doing promotions. I wish I lived closer to it.

We love this outdoor outlet mall. The facility is very new, so everything seems to work well and is still modern looking. We also enjoy the impressive lineup of stores including Nike Factory Store, Coach, Kate spade, Under Armour, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Banana Republic to name a few. The mall has a food court with an ATM and baby changing station. And a really nice outdoor children’s play area. It has cushioned artificial turf with netted aerial pathways and a fossil pit. Most of the stores offer a 10% military/veteran discount if you ask.

Great lay out, cool stores, the food court could be a bit more affordable/better but come for the shopping not the food!

Nice stores, clean area. Many stores had good sales and store employees were all friendly and helpful. Bonus, the outdoor kiosk vendors didn't chase you down to try their products like so many mall kiosk vendors do. They have a nice play area for the kids when you need a break. Drawback is the play area is in direct sun with not large enough trees to make shade. However, they do have a sitting area under a sail type shade screen. We thoroughly enjoyed the half day we spent there, and the kids enjoyed a picnic and played to unwind!

Only played at the playground. This was a very cool playground, but it is definitely not for younger kids.

MOST AMAZING modern playground I’ve ever seen and my daughter played hard for 2 hours straight up and down the huge slide.

My girls had lots of fun at this place!! I will definitely take them back for sure. I love seeing them 😊 happy!
