Had an issue with a Seiko melodies in motion clock. Contacted Quinn Clock. He fixed it fine, went out of his way to find parts. Always would let me know what was going on. I would definitely recommend Quinn Clock for repairs.🙂

I called inquiring about 2 clocks that were no longer keeping time/pendulum issues. Both are Seth Thomas clocks from the 1960's. Ed, without hesitation, said to bring them in that day. Within 24 hours they were done! He kept them for the weekend to observe they kept accurate time and were ready. Ed at Quinn Clock repair was easy to work with, listened to what I was hoping for, completed to high expectations in a very quick- timely manner, and is "warranting" them for 1 yr. The age/uniqueness of each clock was important to us and he just knew to not make them look new- but would have if I asked. We will absolutely go back and encourage others to take theirs to Quinn Clock Repair in Barron, WI.

Seiko recommended Quinn Clock Company to repair my Seiko Melodies clock. Ed at Quinn texted me directions on how to clean the volume control knob, and just like that, my clock is playing beautifully again. I will reach out to Quinn Clock Company for all my clock repair needs.

Ed is Awesome, meticulous and very reasonable $. I've a few tweaks I'm asking him to address and he has gone out of his way to help and make my old heirloom clock its formal warm, mellow consistent friend in the den. Good stuff, Maynard!

Looking for a clock repair on a clock my wife’s mother bought in New England, Quinn Clock Company up and he happened to be 20 minutes from my home , Ed came over we chatted for a bit and he picked up my clock and woodwork housing said it would be a week or two before he could get to it. Great guy and hopefully can fix my wife’s clock up.8/1/22

We found a unique Seiko clock at an estate sale, still working, mostly. It would only play a couple seconds of any tune, and the mechanical rotating face did not seem to work. Ed guided me through opening it up and suggested lubricating certain parts. Works like a charm, now in all respects. Thanks

I am so impressed with this company and how much Ed, the owner, cares about customers. He was able to solve the problem with my grandfather clock by instructing me over the phone. I highly recommend this company and am so grateful to Ed.

Sadly, my experience at Quinn Clock company was not good. What needs to be understood is that this establishment doesn't actually repair such watches but serves as a middle man and sends them out to another repair shop. I took in a pocket watch for repair and was told that the case was also in need of some repair, which seemed reasonable though i had had no issue with it yet. I was told two weeks and the owner stressed nothing would be done with it without letting me know an estimate first. He said it a couple of times and reiterated that "that is the way he does business." At three weeks I called to find out what was happening because i had heard nothing. He seemed rattled and said he would look into it and call me back. Again he stressed the "we do nothing without giving you the estimate first." At 4 weeks i called and said i would come and get my watch as I had yet to hear from him. He said ok but was obviously not happy. I received a text later that day saying the watch repair was done...150$! No estimate. The case work still did not even have an estimate after a month, who knows how long the actual work would have been. I expressed my unhappiness at this situation, but was told "when I do a job I expect to be compensated." I picked up my watch...paid the bill. The watch will not even shut now...it came back in worse shape than it left in. The actual repair of the mechanism is working, but until further repair, i am unable to carry it as again, it will not close and latch. I will give him a 1 star as the he did get the mechanics inside repaired though he did not actually do the work. He seemed overall quite stressed and scattered. Not a bad guy, just poor customer service. Not the professional that i was used to elsewhere.
