Saigon Springs

Easily my favorite pho place in the city. The fried spring rolls are easily the best version of them I've ever eaten. Why don't more places serve their fried egg rolls like this? The pho is delicious and the broth is very nice and clean. Great food and great service.

Had the seafood Pho Do Bein. There were about 2 to 3 of each piece of seafood in it. Overall the broth was good and the seafood was okay. My son had the chicken fried rice and it was very good, wish I had just ordered that for me. It was sweet and cooked well. The won tons were also very good, I would recommend them for sure! Capped it off with a Matcha with red bean smoothie and it was good as well. Not very busy for a Saturday night but the food was good and service was fast.

Everytime I order, everything is fresh and DELICIOUS. Always EXACTLY what I want. Staff are friendly and the menu is easy to understand! 🍜 plus they stay open a little later than most. 😋

Food was so good! Huge portions and really affordable. Staff is really friendly and the restaurant is cute and clean. They have a ton of options for boba teas and smoothies and traditional Vietnamese coffee!

Very clean restaurant with a friendly staff. The food was delicious and well priced. The portions were generous and came out fast! I would highly recommend the shrimp appetizer...fluffy and crispy on the outside with a tasty dipping sauce..and the pork rice noodle bowl was yummy with very tender and flavorful pork. Definitely returning!

My family loves this place. Even my 4 yr old cleans his plate. Boba smoothies are the best in town. Staff is great, but we do really miss two of there waitresses who we haven't seen in quite awhile now.

This is my favorite restaurant in town! My husband and I frequently order the hot pot! It is awesome! They also serve pho, vermicelli, and rice plates. The service is fast and excellent. Also, if you want a quiet place to watch current sports, they've got three big screens! Kid friendly.

I love this restaurant. Everything I have ordered has been great. Was recommended to me by some Vietnamese at a nail salon. Authentic and varied menu. Lots of Boba flavors and options. They can make them lower sugar as well.

Delicious food I hadn't tried before, quickly prepared, fresh tasting, exquisite and knowledgeable wait staff. Lots of delicious and interesting options, a new favorite.

It is fairly easy to miss the building when you're driving though.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. Due to allergies I usually avoid Vietnamese and Thai restaurants. This is an exception because i can depend on the vegetarian offerings: in particular the Vegetarian Spring Rolls and the Pad Thai Chai. The flavors are good consistently and the portions are generous. I was pleased to cal in an order and have it ready upon arrival...nice service. It is clear why this location continues to thrive. I'll be back soon!

Best bun mi sandwich I have ever eaten. I know I said this in pervious reviews but the meatball bun mi at Saigon Springs is the best. Bread is perfectly baked. The sauce and fresh veggies are great. How good was the bun mi? We ordered one to go for later. Prices are low. The best $3.50 sandwich anywhere. The pho was excellent. Service was friendly. The building is older and the parking lot needs some loving. Bathrooms were very clean. I would tell everyone to eat at Saigon Springs but I want to get seated fast! We will be back often.

Phenomenal experience. The host was very attentive and the staff was patient as we worked our way through the menu. Or food was ready in what only seemed to be 10 minutes, and everything was fabulous. This was my first time eating here, but it most definitely won't be my last.

I've enjoyed their noodle dishes and several types of pho, all delicious. The restaurant is small and comfortable. The best part is their smoothie bar. Dozens of flavors for boba tea, milk tea, and smoothies. They gave me a punch card to work through for a free drink. I definitely recommend a visit.

Great food. Friendly environment. My go to lunch spot. Our whole work crew came in for an impromptu work dinner an hour before closing. Group of about 15 people if not more, and they took great care of us! Our server who was also serving at least 4 other tables along with ours went above and beyond to meet our needs and grabbed everything we asked for. They were beyond accomadating and polite!!

The best Vietnamese food I've had in this town. I can't pronounce anything on the menu, but I've never had a bad dish there! The Vietnamese iced coffee is delightful and the fried egg rolls are one of.my favorites. They just opened a boba tea bar as well!

So fresh and so clean clean. The Pad Thai flavor is what I've been looking for for years. And the fried tofu is awesome in case you want a meat substitute. V3 on the menu is also dope. Enjoy!

The food here is impeccable. It’s always comes out piping hot and with the attention to detail I request. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. My secret pleasure for coming here though, is for their numorous bubble tea drink options. I would highly recommend this place!
