I consistently experience a high level of professionalism and excellence from the staff at this location. During each visit, I am warmly greeted, provided with exceptional service, and all my inquiries are promptly addressed. Furthermore, I often receive additional valuable information, which proves beneficial despite not being initially solicited. I would like to extend a special commendation to Brandon and Jennifer, whose wisdom and amicable attitudes merit recognition.
I will continue to make this my Walgreens as long as they remain employed here.

Nina in the pharmacy is a lifesaver. She provided customer service that felt like a 1950s locally owned pharmacy. Thank you so much Nina and the rest of the pharmacy staff for helping get my children’s antibiotics filled in a quick manner when all other stores were out of stock. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received. Such a blessing on a difficult night as a mother. Thank you!!!

EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is so kind and wonderful every time we come in, shout out to Brandon especially, he always has a smile on his face! 😊
***Editing my review to add that seriously Brandon is A REAL ONE, we bought a few items along with a pack of smokes and accidentally left them on the counter, we went back for them hours later when we realized and he had them waiting for us. 🥹

I finally found it — the only pharmacy in Colorado Springs that doesn’t suck!! These folks are so nice and helpful and always pick up the phone. Unreal

The 5 stars goes to the cashier Brandon. Me and my boyfriend live down the road so we are in here a couple times a week and have been for at least 6 months. The cashier Brandon is the one who’s been there to check us out 90% of the time. He’s always very nice to us, always talks to us, and I see him at other locations too so I know he works hard. Today we went in and he had a customer yelling at him at the counter, after the situation a customer nearby stood up for Brandon saying that she was there when the transaction started and that Brandon wasn’t to be blamed. The manager brushed her off and brushed off Brandon explaining himself.
Me and my boyfriend both felt bad for him not only for the lady yelling at him, but for the way his management was. When he tried to explain what was going on, his manager raised her hands and said “you need to give me a minute” the manager wasn’t able to help the customer and she ended up leaving. The manager probably could of helped the customer if she just listened to what he had to say. From experience in management, it’s easy to get frustrated in those situations but as a manager your whole job is supposed to be delivering under pressure and problem solving. Brandon stayed more calm and professional then his manager did.
Funniest thing is the lady who was yelling him had kids and the kids came back to apologize to Brandon for their moms behavior, incredibly sad.

Being under management that doesn’t listen is the worst, which is why Im writing this so hopefully the manager will see this and get the proper training needed to do their job, as well as making sure Brandon is recognized for his hard work and his great customer service. Like I said, we come here all the time, if the manager was there all the time (acting like she did today) instead of Brandon, me and boyfriend definitely would not be coming back like we do

Just wanted to share how much I appreciated the great service I got at the pharmacy today. The line was long...covid shots were being given..phones were ringing...drive up was busy ..but the pharmacy employee was so patient and helpful. I was very impressed. I don't know her name but she had a long black curly pony tail. My pharmacy was closed and she really saved the day!!

I have to give a BIG shout out to Jenny in the pharmacy... 5he med I needed was 298 after insurance.. Jenny took the time to tell me about manufacturer coupons and told me to take a min to look it up.. I did and ended up getting it for FREE!!!! I was so stressed about paying for this now because she took her time and gave me very useful info I don't have to worry!! THANK YOU JENNY

Went In to pick up an insulin rx only to find out that I had a copay that I couldn’t afford. They were able to get the insurance company to approve one insulin pen for me to hold me over, I really would have been screwed otherwise. Super caring people

To all consumers of medication and/or consultations. This store( carefree and circle ) and pharmacist (Amber,) went above and beyond her actual job to make my medication alot less stressful to receive. She also made several phone calls to ttransfer it and have it changed to another pharmacy.It made my pharmacy needs alot easier. She made sure it was on the correct date . In my past the other pharmacist and pharmacy's made my life a lot more intense and stressful because of the medication type. There was no questioning my medical needs.She just followed the the doctors orders by making sure I received my medication on time.Even If it was at another store location. So in my book this location and pharmacist are golden. Thanks to Amanda as well the technician who was aalso very helpful. Thank you.again. Daniel

Everyone there is so helpful and welcoming, Bre is the sweetest she helped me find exactly what i needed! Best Walgreens in the springs.

This Walgreens is wonderful. The staff was fast and helpful and friendly. The store is very clean. They must have gotten their staffing issue or whatever the problem was in the past worked out, I have only good things to say. I go there all the time.

Justin is excellent and helped me retrieve an important Fedex package that was redirected to this location, even at 1am in the morning. Excellent work ethic , character and a true asset to Walgreens.

Always good. They have just about everything you want. My dad buys his cigarettes here. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact they don't seem to carry any green walls.

Love this store! I go to it almost everyday! Really sad they closed early tonight... I had pics to pick up for my sister's birthday... They closed at 10:30 instead of midnight.

Excellent customer service, I had a terrible experience at a previous Walgreens, this store was able to remedy the situation and restored my faith in Walgreens!

Very helpful for my second Covid shot since I was from a different state. They were very courteous & I Wasn't there very long.

Sean in the pharmacy is amazing. Have been having issues for weeks with a prescription and he was able to get it solved for me quickly and handled the situation amazingly.
