Went here for dinner on a Monday night and had a really nice time.
The menu is very simple. Not a whole lot of food options, the drink list is more than double. But everything we had was good.

Definitely recommend if you're staying at the hotel, but it's also not a bad place to eat even if you're needing to drive over. It was clean, quiet, and a great atmosphere

Had a lovely time eating, drinking and watching the AVs game. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The food was excellent, though we weren't complete fans of the sauce on nachos which wasn't traditional. Nice ambiance, very clean and inviting. Pool tables in excellent condition.

Decor is really nice, food is even better. I went with my little brother(partly pictured below with his pretzel lol) and my mom. Do note there are some things that most kids would like but I wouldn't recommend taking anyone really young(no kids menu) but service was great.

Service was great, food was grub, our server Tab was great. We had the brisket sandwiches SO GOOD!

Amazing food! They have gluten free buns which was not expected but appreciated. The staff was so nice and attentive. Bryne and Josh were so wonderful! Would eat here every night.

Went to The Tap Room while visiting CO from New Jersey. Started off with the sweet chili wings - usually I don’t like bone in wings but they were fall off the bone and the sauce was absolutely delicious. For the entrees, my boyfriend got the filet mignon and I got the brisket sandwich. For the steak, I have never understood the phrase “melt in your mouth” in regards to steak until I tried this one. I cannot recommend it more. The side of potatoes were also absolutely stunning. My brisket sandwich was amazing too - the horsey sauce tasted homemade and fresh, and the fries were a great side to have! I wish we could have tried some of the dessert, but unfortunately we were so full from the apps and dinner! On top of it all, the light lager from the beer menu from Fort Collins (I don’t remember the name) and Fat Tire were great - a perfect paring to tie in great food! Our server was super friendly, too. All in all - I cannot wait to come back and I highly recommend this place. I wish I could give The Tap Room 10 stars!!

Incredible experience, atmosphere, and customer service from Sage working the bar. We had a rough experience right before at a nearby bar, and the staff here welcomed us with opened arms. Thank you. Can’t wait to come back to eat, drink, and stay at the hotel!

Great place! Stayed at this hotel for our wedding. At at the bar once and the quesadilla ranks as one of the best. Ended up eating there a few more times throughout my stay. Will be back for those quesadillas.

It is in the hotel... but it was great. The food was good. The service was good. Everything was good.
