Sadie at the jewelry counter at Flat Irons Crossing location in CO is a rock star! Due to another dept store not delivering my order, a call to Sadie in the midst of the holiday madness and she found the watch, pulled it, held it for me and an hour later I was headed home with a very important gift for my son. There are still people out there with strong a work ethic and pride in what they do! Thank you so much Sadie! Merry Christmas to all!

I'm not a suit and tie kind of guy, wore one a handful of times and only been fitted once for a wedding. But after meeting RJ, at the men's department... He fitted me a suit and helped me pick out a few items, that really made my posture and stance look more professional. I will be visiting more often because of him. Thanks!

Bought my daughter's prom dress here and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The store has pretty good stock of sizes and was well kept & clean.

Dillard's carries high quality merchandise and the sales people are always willing to help me find what I'm looking for. When items go in sale, I find deals that are generally better than most discount stores

My wife found all the things she needed including some nice boots for me half the price. If you have the patience to look you can find bargains. 😉

Found the perfect dress for a formal evening, The salesperson really did a great job of helping me find the right dress I ended up with two as one would be a backup for cooler weather

I came in early to shop for a Realtor event and it was a wonderful experience. I needed some shoes and was able to pick up a pair of Michael Kors tennis shoes, heels, and a Dansko pair of flats. Lisa helped me in Lancôme. She provides outstanding customer service! Thank you Lisa for all of your help. Lancôme has the best dual sharpener for eyeliner and lip liners. Lancôme also has an amazing liquid liner, wonderful eyeshadows, and an amazing eyelash conditioner as well as mascaras. They also have Christopher Radco ornaments. Thank you Dillards. You have a great group of employees that made my shopping experience convenient.

My wife was looking for a dress to attend a wedding in. We went to quite a few department stores. Dillard's had by far the best selection and really helpful customer service.

WOW! I LOVE Dillard's! From the moment my wife and I walked in, I was almost awestruck! It's been over a year since I was last at D's, it seems, and I guess I'd forgotten just how nice it is.
I usually think of D as second to Macy's, but that's just not the way it is. Attention was paid to every detail, from lighting to floors.
Speaking of lighting, it was like DAYLIGHT inside, making everything just sparkle and shine. The counter people there were unfailingly nice, and went out of their way to help. It was truly a pleasure to walk into a store where people seem to care about you! I talked with an older gentleman (much like myself) in men's luggage for a while about his thoughts on what the best luggage was, without paying for a name like Lagerfeld. We had quite a discussion, and he has happy to talk until my wife dragged me away. Sometimes I wonder if my white hair gets me more attention? Don't know, but I enjoy the personalized service I got at Dillards.
As one of the main department stores at Flatirons Mall, they have a reputation to uphold, I guess, and they do it well. Two levels of magnificent wonderfulness; ladies on the first level and men's on the second, or top level.

Loved our shopping experience today. We were on a quick trip for a dress & there were tons of great choices. The employee in the dept was attentive & there were lots of customers at once. She served us all with grace.

I haven't been to a Dillard's in a very long time. I was visting the area and there isn't one where I live and I decided to get a new pair of sandels and finally bought a pair of Berks and the sales lady was super helpful and knowledgeable about them. Very good experience.

My favorite store and I'm in their at least once a week. My only complaint is the older lady in the petite clothes told me you washed this shirt, I told her I bought yesterday and you didn't bother to fold it. She's very happy when I buy, if I need a refund she's very rude. I also think the jewelry dept needs to be careful and not throwing my necklaces in my bag with out care,when I got home they were knotted in a huge mess. I spent $130.00 . Have some thing to put the jewelry with respect and care. Still my favorite store!

Scarcity of employees but when you find one they are very professional and helpful. Well appointed store with a variety of quality merchandise. Much better than Macy's which prefers being woke rather than concentrating on customer service and merchandise.

Good variety of dresses available for kids
