Trailer Source in Denver and Colorado Springs jumped through hoops to get me back on the road! my special trailer made in New Zealand had a part failure which left me stranded in Colorado, they ordered the part overnight in fit me into their full schedule so we could get home. Bart and Jim kept in touch with FedEx and kept me briefed on the status of the repair. I can tell the whole company absolutely tries there best to be great.

My wife and I shopped at this location on a Thursday morning and had a great experience with Gerard. We explained to him what we were looking for and asked to look at several models they had in stock. He took the time to show us exactly what we asked for, explaining key features and answering questions. He also gave us plenty of space to discuss amongst ourselves when needed. In addition to showing us the models we asked about, he listened carefully to our goals and suggested other options that we liked even better than our original ideas. He knew from the outset that we were not quite ready to buy, but still spent time working with us to help us make a better decision. Trailer Source made the purchase or our new Winnebago Minnie Plus a dream. It was so easy!

We were wanting to move up from a popup to a hard side travel trailer. When we first started shopping, we thought we knew what we wanted, but that changed after talking to the salespeople at Trailer Source. What we absolutely loved about the experience was that they INFORMED you about the differences between campers as opposed to pushing you in one direction. They then left it up to us to decide what was best for us and our family. How many other dealerships of any kind do that? It was clear that they really wanted us to be happy with our choice whatever that was.

We ended up working with Kat who was great! She was extremely accommodating, answered all of our questions, and was ZERO pressure.

We got a great deal on the new camper and a trade in value that was more than fair on our popup. One of the things that we really liked was that Trailer Source scheduled us for a pickup and walkthrough appointment. By doing this we were in and out of finance in a matter of minutes and we had individual attention for our walkthrough.

Gary walked us through our camper in a thorough and concise manner. He also gave us some very helpful tips along the way about our new camper and camping/RVing in general.

One only issue was my own because the weight distribution hitch I had needed slightly heavier bars to tow the new camper fully loaded. Although it was safe for me to take the camper home, I still needed the new bars before we went out for the first time with gear, water, etc. The woman in the parts department (I'm blanking on her name right now, but she was great as well!) didn't have access to order the bars, so she gave me the part number so I could order the bars on my own. How many other dealerships do that too?!?!

What we loved best about our experience was that it was clear Trailer Source really wanted us to be informed and happy with our choice whether or not it was with them. That's so rare and much appreciated. We will definitely be back and I would highly suggest you give them a shot if you're looking for a camper or trailer!
