Wonderful store with amazing produce!

My husband made a Saturday morning trip here for pickling cucumbers and dill and brought home a bushel of crisp, fresh, perfect cucumbers and multiple bundles of fragrant dill with which I made 42 jars of super yummy dill pickles.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We'll definitely make the 45 minute drive there again in the future for our produce and fruit needs.

Amazing family-owned store stocked like a farmers market in the summer with fresh Colorado produce and unique local treats. The people who work here are wonderful and I recommend signing up for the email list to stay updated on incoming produce. My favorite thing is their salsa - the freshest and tastiest store-bought you’ll ever find! Go-to spot for produce including apricots, cherries, peaches, and corn. You can also get beans or lentils by the scoop, homemade pie filling, fresh sausages, ice cream, local honey, and small batch snacks.

Family owned and friendly! I love supporting small businesses, and Heinie’s has never failed. Very central location for the NW denver area. Produce is always top tier, and employees willing to help you find the best items! My favorite place to seasonally grocery shop.

Heines is my go to for produce, eggs, pickles, jellies, pies, eggs, and my green chili. I LOVE this place. Easy access and such a great owner and group of workers. Must check this out!

The best around when it comes to quality and customer service. This family owed, local market provides an excellent assortment of produce as well as unique goodies to stock the pantry with. It’s always a pleasure to stop by and staff is always friendly and helpful!

This place is amazing. Can’t believe it took me this long to find out about Heinies, but so worth it. Their Colorado produce is stacked and reasonable prices for local food. Some of the best palisade peaches I’ve seen this year!

West Denver is really lucky to have such an amazing local produce stand. You can also pick up herb sprouts, locally made pickles and sauces, and just about anything you could imagine. Support this historic gem!

They sell North Loup Valley popping corn from Nebraska. I think this is the best popcorn I have ever had, and this is the only place around Denver I can find it. Great stuff, blows away Orville and all those other brands for big fluffy pops. It's the best.

Recommend by a good and long time friend turned out to be better than expected. My daughters field trip to the pumpkin farm got canceled due the crazy Colorado weather. After stopping in to see I could get 50 pumpkins to bring the pumpkin patch to the kiddos, the staff was more then accommodating to help me out. Defiantly will recommend Heinie's Market for their wonderful customer service but also for their wide selection of produce.

Love this place. Gotta check this out for canned and jarred goods. The produce is as fresh as it gets, trucked in by Hienies from the farm direct to the sales table. No time wasted with handling at corporate sorting depot's and distribution facilities!!!

This market is wonderful! They are stocked full of local goodies. They also have lots of pumpkins in various sizes, winter squash, Indian corn, and corn stalks for the fall season. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Have been going here 20 plus years, a great selection of fruits and veggies, most Colorado grown, they have a chili roaster and a variety of peppers on hand, both Pueblo and Hatch. Have a local source for tortillas and tamales for sale too.

This is the coolest little market! Went in yesterday in search of fresh, local produce and goods and Heinie's definitely delivered! I was in a pinch for time, however I'll be back! Tons of locally sourced goods, I could probably spend hours in here checking everything out! The staff was helpful and sweet! Check out the avocados I found, not sure if I've ever seen any as huge and perfect as these!

I have been going to Heinie's for many years. I have always loved them. Yesterday I was there getting my cucumbers for making pickles. As I was at the register one of the family members (I assumed because they are a family business) came over and asked to look at my pickles. She said no, I wouldn't be happy with these. She went into the back and brought me out a different bushel of pickles. I so much appreciated that she did that. That personal customer service and great produce is why I shop there. Found some beautiful avocados, pears & Anaheim peppers. Had a lovely conversation with the cashier. July is the month for produce there. Can't wait!! But will go back each weekend to see what they have. Always a fun surprise. They have asparagus & beautiful heirloom tomatoes right now.

I was content looking at all the items. So many different products that no other stores carry.
Eclectic. Syrups, preserves, jelly's, pineapple,fig, chow-chow,pickled quail eggs, pickle juice. Once you try the pie's you won't buy them anywhere else. Chicken pot pies. Pork green Chile pie. That's on my list to try. They sell out so quickly. I could go on an on. Best you stop by yourself. Let us know what peaked your fancy.
