These guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond, and even transferred over some stickers from the broken back glass of my phone to the new back glass without me asking.

Their prices are fair, the warranty is great, and the store is very clean and well organized. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I need any electronics repaired!

It has been a long time since someone has impressed me with amazing customer service. I had been around to the UbreakIfix stores- called all three of them and they were all not very nice and very unwilling to help me with my insurance claim. I went to T-Mobile and they recommended CPR Cell. I called immediately and they had 1 screen left for my type of phone and said providing an estimate for insurance was not a problem(the other 4 places could not do this). I rushed over and Drew was ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL! Both of the gentleman in that store were just as nice as could be. Drew fixed my phone fast and I could not have been happier. These days, customer service seems to be going into the trash, and it made my day to work with a company that seems to remember what it is. Thank you guys, you are the best!

Truly the best and my first time here....This place had my small Crack on my phone fixed within a hour. Even the fact or could of took up to 4 hours. My phone looks brand new.

Another thing I liked was the ease of finding the business and how staff truly cares about the customer and their needs. Yes! I truly recommend for any phone you have that need serviced.

Nolan was the repair person that helped me and he was extremely helpful and curious! I had accidentally dropped my phone on a tile floor and the display went dead. Nolan was trying to read the serial number on the back to finish the order to repair it when it just started working again by itself. I told him he must have had magic hands!

I have been dealing with a lot of medical stuff and didn't have any reserves to get my phone fixed. I was going to have to borrow money from a friend. Thank God for empowering Nolan to magically fix my phone!

Excellent service, friendly, professional, and super fast, 1 hour and the integral, ballooning battery in my smart phone was changed out with a new one, and it was back in business. The price was also very reasonable, and only a tiny fraction of what a new phone would have cost me. I am a grateful, and very happy customer.

I came in yesterday to get my phone's screen fixed and replace the screen protector. When I walked into the door, I was immediately greeted by Nolan, one of the employees.

Nolan walked me through the sign-in process and showed me the replacement parts making sure I was ok with them. During some small talk, he brought up how he's going to school for IT. Knowing that someone educated in computer hardware and stuff was the one going to fix my phone brought such a huge relief. He was able to fix my phone faster than I expected which was the estimated 2 - 3 hour wait time.

When I came back to pick my phone up, I was greeted by an employee named Rahim. He was a very welcoming person who the exchange very easy and was able to answer any remaining questions I had left.

I love this place. Every time I think I'm going to find something cheaper in the Springs I don't. I thought the cracks on the edge of my Galaxy 22+ were the phone being cracked but they cleaned my phone screen up so good that it looks like a brand new phone. Thank you guys! Highly recommended!

I had to write a review today because I rarely do. In the past, it’s been confusing figuring out where and how to write a review. Well thanks to “Cooper” today, he showed me how easy it actually is. When you get great service, it shouldn’t go unnoticed. It’s few and far between nowadays.
Verizon sent me to CPR today saying the service would be free, since I have insurance. (wrong) Well, Cooper ended up helping me and he was friendly and upfront. A charge that was going to be $35, ended up being free because he felt bad I didn’t exactly get the correct information. Much appreciated Cooper, and truly thank you.

Worked very fast and got my samsung 22 ultra diagnosed and screen replaced in less than 2 hours!

Today, Nolan went well above and beyond their normal exceptional technical skill and amazing customer service. When a major Durable Medical Equipment company Technical Support representative couldn't solve my issue, I told her, "I know a place (CPR) that can help me." Nolan got me access to a critical file that allowed me to update my lifesaving Insulin Pump software.

The guys working were friendly and incredibly helpful. They fixed my phone (which I had basically destroyed over the last year) in less than an hour and then made sure I had everything I needed to try to destroy my phone less moving forward. I will use this business for all of my (basically destroyed) devices from now on.

The employees at CPR Colorado Springs are amazing, welcoming and give you great product knowledge. They also offer great prices. They did an amazing job repairing my screen and re straightening the frame. Looks good as new!!

I went in to get my iPhone 11 fixed and ended up getting financed for an iPhone 15 instead. The process was super easy and very quick, I’m extremely happy with my upgrade and the fact that I no longer have to look at a busted screen!

Took my samsung 23ultra due to a crack screen ( phone insurance was used to pay for this). I was plesently surprised when I received a call to confirm my appointment and was told I could bring the phone at any time. Once I took the phone in the repaird took around 2 hours. Employee was very helpful and nice. Phone looks like new and I'm a happy costumer. I can't talk on pricing due to my experience being a insurance claim and I only paid a deductible.

Andre was super helpful, they’re just all around wonderful and I can’t recommend them enough, don’t price gouge and really know their stuff. I always go here for tech issues 👍
