I was very pleased with the care I received from Oral Surgery Associates. They allayed my fears and supported any decision I made. They were able to complete the extraction painlessly and quickly. I was very pleased!

Every person at this clinic was friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped put me at ease before the extraction.

The procedure went smoothly, and the communication was great. I even got a quick follow- up call from Dr. Millington on the evening of my procedure.

After having all my wisdom teeth pulled and now 2 other molars, I was not looking forward to having another extraction because of my past experiences. My first wisdom tooth extraction (from another provider ages ago) was a nightmare experience. I never thought an extraction could be ABSOLUTELY painless! And I get stressed out in a dental chair anyway, so I opted for sedation. The IV line was painless. I woke up with zero pain. ZERO! I simply wouldn't have believed it possible. I've only had a very small bit of discomfort with some swelling of the gum, but on the pain scale I'd say 1, at most 2. But with a couple ibuprofen, gone. This outfit knows what they are doing, and I simply WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE should I need similar work in the future. From the reception desk to discharge, I experienced nothing but complete warmly professional attention. You guys are simply the best!

Wisdom teeth removal was efficient and timely. Care and instructions were thorough and effective. Recovery has gone well! Wish all of my children would have had such excellent care!

The day I was there early in the morning the staff was all in the hallway because the combination lock had run out of power. They asked if I had come a long way which I had. They made arrangements to have my X-ray and exam at another office so I could get the service I came for even under those circumstances they helped me and I appreciate everything they did for me. Dr Ian Dozier was gentle, professional and explained the procedure as well as answering my questions before snd after surgery. Thank you for making this a painless procedure.

Dr. Johnson & staff were very considerate during my visit. I was concerned & had questions regarding the diagnosis & whether I needed the work done. Xrays were taken & determined that I didn't need the procedure as previously diagnosed. What a relief! I appreciate Dr. Johnson's honesty & would highly recommend his facility to others.

Dr. Bollman did a root canal for me. I was very apprehensive to have it done. She was extremely gentle and the procedure was quiet and quick and pain free. Her assistant was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend her for any oral surgery.

My root canal procedure was excellent! Just a little uncomfortable the first day. It is now two days later and I can’t even tell I had it!!!

On the morning of December 7th, 2023, Pearl Harbor Day, I Arrived at the Rice Lake Clinic for Oral Surgery to have two teeth removed. I have a high threshold for pain but was worried about the extractions. Doctor Drew Millington and his assistant were excellent at entertaining me and performing the work. It was painless. It only took minutes and the job was complete. I would recommend Dr. Millington for his Professionalism and his ability to have a sense of humor while having to provide flawless service on a client concerned about pain. I will recommend him to anyone who needs similar work done.

Dr Ivankovic and his assistant (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) were both very kind and helpful. It was a good experience even for someone with major dental anxiety.

The staff was very professional and friendly! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I have to admit, I was pretty scared to get them out, but they made the whole procedure much more comfortable. Experienced limited to zero pain. Dr. Mark Millington did an amazing job, even reaching out afterwards to see how I was doing. 10/10 would recommend!
