I had Revolution Jewelry make a replica of a family heirloom ring that ended up in a family fight that I wasn’t interested in participating. I had two emeralds and a diamond already from other jewelry although they can order anything for you. They sent me photos and updates the entire way and I was even able to attend the casting which was healing for me and gave back some sentimental value. This process would be so special for creating an engagement or anniversary ring or earrings. The ring was finished early and I rarely wear it without receiving complements. It is stunning. The experience was amazing with this friendly and professional staff. I rarely do reviews but Revolution was a fantastic find!

MJ and Kelly made the whole process of making custom engagement ring stress-free and gave valuable insight to help me decide what works the best.

Truly remarkable quality and artistry. I can’t wait to come back for our wedding bands; I am quite interested in designing a custom wedding band for me with stones.

Update 2023: We got married and added photos of my wedding band, her wedding band and necklace. We are so happy with our purchases and look forward to getting more!

The ring is completed and is absolutely amazing!!! I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish!! Watching them make the ring was such an incredibly moving experience!! The ring was going to be a special piece to begin with but being able to it being made made the whole experience super sentimental!! Everyone in the store seemed genuinely excited for me and my daughter and really made the process so much fun!! I am excited to come back!! See the photos below for the finished product.

Our ring isn't completed yet, but I couldn't wait to put in a good review because I am really happy/excited about the ring they are designing for our daughter's 20th birthday. The renderings are amazing and I can't wait to see the finished product. I will most definitely post more after the piece is finished but didn't want to waste any time in recommending Revolution to anyone looking for an amazing piece of jewelry. The staff is super friendly and helpful and most of all EXTREMELY talented. The first step in the process after the initial consultation and hand drawn images is the CADs, which I have attached. Can't wait to see the wax mock up (should be another week and a half before we get to see that) and then the final step is the making of the ring. We are actually able to go in and watch our ring being made which is really exciting. Please don't hesitate to go in and see them!! Best jeweler I've ever dealt with!!

The rings Ben had made are perfect! Yellow gold, turquoise and diamonds. I LOVE them.
I've had this pendant in mind for at least 13 years and finally took old gold pieces and diamonds I've had around forever and asked them to create what had been bouncing around in my head. The Master Jewelers at REVOLUTION are superb precious metal and stone work artists.

Revolution Jewelry Works is the go to place for all your jewelry needs. I have been there several times for gifts and for jewelry repair. I was there today to pick up a special order gift for my wife for Christmas and was once again very happy! Olla helped me this time over the course of several visits. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire staff is great to talk to and friendly. Thank you once again for a great experience!

Impressed with Revolution Jewelry! My wife entrusts them for servicing her ring & assorted needs. We had them make 2 custom bracelets out of a sentimental gold chain. The finished pieces are everything I hoped for & we absolutely love them! This creative jeweler is fast, professional & trustworthy!

I had a new setting made for my wedding ring and the workmanship was superb, making it look new again. I also had my mother’s wedding ring resized and it just sparkled like new too. Caitlin answered all my questions and she took time to discuss options with me. The store has exquisite jewels and stones. Very professional staff.

Simply love this place! My husband custom designed my engagement ring and they worked with us to find the perfect wedding band! I was able to take old jewelry in and get credit for his ring! Great people!

I could not be more pleased. Caitlin helped us create a completely unique, from the ground up, pair of wedding sets. I was able to recycle some old gold and source our center stones myself. Some of my original ideas didn't translate well to reality, and the designers made adjustments without batting an eyelash. Some design elements I didn't know how to incorporate, and the CAD designer created a piece beyond my imagination. The rings are stunning.

I had a double neck guitar pendant done with Revolution. From start to finish it was the most amazing experience. The staff is always pleasant, and Kelly, she did an amazing job with the pendant. It was for our 35 Anniversary gift to my husband and he loves it! Thank you so much! We are so pleased!!!

Upon a recommendation from a jeweler who was unable to fix it, I brought my engagement ring to Revolution after it had broken. Mason was able to quickly determine how to fix it and relieve some tension on the intricate detailing while reinforcing it so that it would not break again. The work they did to fix my ring was wonderful - it looks new and they were finished before the estimated date!

A few months later, I decided I wanted a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring. I wanted a thin band to sit flush against my engagement ring, but there were some complications with getting the details on the rings to line up how I wanted them. Janelle was super patient and worked with me to create 3 different renderings until it was perfect.

I found them to be friendly, honest, and fair. I would highly recommend this studio for your jewelry needs!

I had been searching for months before stumbling upon Revolution. I like how Revolution is NOTHING like the Big Box stores which mark up ridiculously just to markdown and are extremely pushy. The atmosphere at Revolution was awesome from start to finish! I was able to sit in front of one of their many computer stations (which they have many). I worked with Aimee to create a custom engagement set while on a work trip out in Colorado. She was not pushy at all and even encouraged me to go out and see other stores, which to me showed great confidence. I'm from across the country and you would not have even known since the process was so smooth from start to finish. I chose to adapt from a template ring that I found in their gallery. We worked on it together, picked out the diamond, I was able to get high-quality materials and even some custom engraving. The lead time for my custom ring was less than 6 weeks, including shipping time, which I also through was great! This is mainly because they do all the setting and metalwork on-site in their shop This shop is visible behind glass and cool to look at BTW! Aimee responded quickly to phone calls and only called and emailed me when I advised. The management and other employees were also very polite and not pushy.

Revolution Jewelry is exactly what we were looking for! I loved that even though we had our main contact Caitlin, any time I called in anyone who answered knew who I was and what we were working on. My husband and I loved being able to pick out our diamond and setting, knowing that it would be unique to us. Caitlin was amazing, she was so in touch with what we were wanting and found it for us. The staff at RJW is 2nd to NONE. Jen has been so easy to work with. My husband and I have marked several occasions in our lives with custom work by Jen (engagement, wedding, and now baby). She's cut a Herkimer diamond for me that will never be able to be replicated. It is the most precious thing I own, besides the custom wedding ring set she and I created together! The experience in creating my own jewelry has been like nothing I've ever done and I recommend it to all my friends and family. If you're looking for a unique and fun experience, go visit Jen and the great crew she has assembled. If you're not wanting something custom, there is always beautiful pieces in the showroom, too! The Estate collection they have now is amazing! I keep hinting to my husband about the pieces I'm very interested in... :) Love this place!

Such great people! I'm currently in the process of paying for a ring that I custom designed and I'm involved in every step in their process of making it! First they let me hand pick the main jewel, then they made a digital representation, then a wax model and next they will cast it! I can't say enough awesome things about the staff and the designing process!

Revolution was recommended from more than one person while asking around. I needed my ring sized down to a 4 and was told by another jeweler that if I sized my ring down that small I would lose diamonds. So, after a year of putting it off, terrified, I took it to Revolution to get a second opinion. Aime was awesome! She took my ring back, cleaned it up (for free) and started explaining what all we could do and took it back for a jeweler to look at. They sized it down, pulled and reset my stones and even rebuilt my prongs to make sure I don't lose a diamond. Which made me way more comfortable. Also had my band soldered to my ring. It turned out PERFECT, I love it!😭😁

From what to do with Grandma's broach to creating your own exclusive piece from that collection of one earrings, broken bracelets, or rings with a missing stone, THIS is the ONLY jeweler I recommend. They assisted me through the whole process of creating my own master piece. I was able to watch them make it in their onsite work shop! Just look at what they help me create from old rings!!
