Blue Compass RV Wheat Ridge (Cousins RV)

Every part of this place was excellent. We called about a unit and spoke with Ben Garcia. He gave us quick, solid info. We met with him the next day--he was professional and we never felt pressured. He is an excellent salesman - he knows his products, listens, and worked to get us a really good deal. Everyone there, including the woman at the front that greeted us, was great. The sales manager, Sarah L. also assisted us. She was really cool and low key, which is a great find with a sales manager. Eventually, when we upgrade to a next unit, this will be the place we'll go. What a positive experience!

Skyler Sanders was extremely helpful and found us exactly what we asked. Kind and considerate of our needs. Would highly recommend him and blu compass!

Cody LaRue is my go to guy for service! Some people have very unrealistic expectations and I empathize with the service team. Here's what I can say about my experience with Cody: Have some patience, don't get your repair work done last minute(don't procrastinate), oh and your warranty doesn't cover "everything". If you abide by the aforementioned, you'll probably have great service too. Cody sends me a nice text any time there is an update or change in status/progress. Keep up the good work and thanks for the great service!

We had the best experience buying our Wolf Pup 17jgbl last week. Not only did Erica and Andrew go above and beyond to help us find the perfect camper, they also walked us through the entire process. This was our first travel trailer and we through a barrage of questions at them. From financing to trailer specs and operations, they knew every answers and were patient with us as we learned. Not to mention the service after we purchased the camper. A week later and they are still answering questions via email, text and phone. We are so pleased and well prepared for our camping adventures. Cousins is the only place we will go for our camper needs.

I worked with John Friend on buying a small and light weight camping trailer. I was able to find options online and then look at them in Wheat Ridge. John answered all of my questions and showed me a different model than what I was first looking for. He knew what I wanted better than we did! We ended up buying the model suggested. The entire process was easy and stress free. Paper work was quick. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. John was a great resource and he only wanted to help us find what we were looking for. I never felt any pressure for a sale. It was a fun experience! Very helpful staff. Coming from a guy that was out of state and only there for a short time. They was willing to work with me and have everything to go in a short time. Would be willing to recommend their business to family and friends.

First time trailer buyer. Everyone at Cousins made our experience amazing. From the minute we walked inside, we felt taken care of. It was so helpful getting a walkthrough of every single feature of our trailer from Jaime before taking it home. He was so knowledgeable. Tom helped us install the hitch and showed us how to hookup/unhook the trailer. Travis in finance was not pushy at all. We did not feel pressured to add additional warranties, etc. The general manager Drew even came with us on a test drive. We 1000% recommend going to Cousins.

I was a bit apprehensive from reading various negative reviews ( some very specific and calling out individual folks from Cousins RV), and was therefore cautious when we worked with them on our new 5th wheel purchase.

The process was pretty simple, no pressure, no games, and in the end turned out to be a good experiance.

Follow up Review: Had a wonderful camping season in our new East to West Tandera. At the end of the season, we had a few items under warranty that needed to be fixed.
Worked with Will at Blue Compass ( service advisor) who scheduled the appointment to drop off; worked with Forest River on all the approvals; routinely called with updates; and walked us through the repairs when we picked it back up

We set it up a few days later at a local campground and found everything working great!

We had an amazing camper buying experience at Cousins RV. From the moment we walked up to the dealership, everyone was genuinely helpful and friendly. This was a big purchase for us, and the staff understood that. They never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. We were able to view over 15 models before we left to think about which model we liked best. We returned later in the week to finalize the price and finish the purchase. Within a few days of finalizing the purchase, the folks at Cousins RV completely went through the camper and made sure everything looked perfect. On the day of pickup, we finished the finance piece without any surprises. The price we agreed to is exactly what we ended up paying. Next, the staff gave us a complete tutorial on how to use EVERYTHING. They were so patient, which was good because we had dozens of questions. Finally, before driving out, 3 different employees made sure we were comfortable taking the camper home. This may be the only place I ever go to when I need a new camper. Cody has been very helpful every time I come in with a question. Always an honest answer and does not try to sell me things I don’t need. He has been excellent for the warranty work that’s been done on my new travel trailer and keeps me very informed. I recommend working with Cody. Give that guy a raise!

After discovering my rear wall separating from my RV while on a trip in the Denver area I tried to find a dealer that could fit me in. I was told by many dealerships and mobile techs that it was a month before the first appointment. I contacted Cody at Cousins RV,explained the situation to him. Cody told me to bring our unit to them that day. When we arrived Cody and the crew took our unit straight into the shop and worked on it right away. Camper was fixed by the next morning they also fixed a few things I had not even mentioned. Service after the sale is one thing but incredible service without a sale is completely separate. These guys were amazing! So much so that when we buy our next RV Cousins will be the first one we check with. Cousins RV is awesome!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming, and we were treated well even though we weren't dropping a lot of cash. Would definitely go here again!

We purchased a used RV here. The staff was friendly, eager to please, and worked with us any way they could. They did a complete walk through before we picked the unit up, repairing a few things and even replaced batteries and filled the head and propane tanks. Then they spent several hours with us going through all the systems and making sure everything was in good operable condition. Excellent experience.
