The staff here are friendly, helpful, and efficient! The girl that helped me made sure my box was ready for shipping and it arrived to me safe in Florida. Thank you staff for your diligence!

I needed to ship a fragile ceramic across the country. Ashley and her team packaged the piece wonderfully, with it arriving perfectly intact under many layers of paper and bubblewrap. They were clear in the time UPS would take to get it to me, with UPS then providing appropriate tracking information. Thank you very much for your care and professionalism.

The customer service here is wonderful. Ashley is the best, for the last year I have been going to this store and every time, Ashley takes care of me. I often need a little extra help and she’s always given it without making me feel incompetent. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, not here! She even entertained my baby while I finished getting a project together in the store.

I come into the UPS store almost every single day over at this location.Tracy and Ashley are always here, always helpful, and more than patient with me as I usually have numerous packages being returned at a time. I cannot speak on the store as a whole, but I can speak on these girls behalves that they are amazing workers, and show up everyday ready to do the best! Thank you ladies so much for all you do!!

This UPS Store is under NEW OWNERSHIP now and we are super happy with the services provided. New owner has changed several things in the store itself and It was a very pleasant experience visiting this store after several months. I do see there are several negative reviews for this store but I urge people to visit this store again and experience a positive vibes in the store. I do wish best of luck to the new owner and the team.

I have UPS store conveniently located a few minutes from my house. But I came to this UPS store to ship a delicate piece of Art Work few days ago. I was super nervous but the lady packed the Art Work, answered every single questions and shipped it. The package arrived at its destination safely. I am super happy with the services. I know most people who review are simply complainers. Tonight I was googling the store hours an d saw the ratings and was totally blown away. So I'm joining the review team! I'm here to say what an incredible experience I've had at this store every single time I go in, and crazily, that is many times per month. Tracy (that's her name previous reviewer), while shy, is so tender and kind, she's always willing to help and has the funiest sense of humor. And Ashley is probably one of the hardest working people I've ever seen, she is so professional and honest and helpful. My companies both use only this store, i use only this store, and I hope people can see other reviewers reviews and not take their word for it. They are efficient and kind, always tending to the long lines and ensuring people are taken care of. I take my packages no where else.

I have been shipping from this UPS store on Youngfield for many years. I have gone through many managers and staff at this location. The current team of Ashley and Tracey are fantastic and so helpful. They go out of their way to help me and all others that I see them service while I’m in the store. Even though short staffed most of the time, they are quite efficient and pleasant as they work through the line of customers. They do a great job 👏
