Love all the ladies that work here!

Our regular mail carrier is awesome. Always get MY mail. On Saturdays, a diferrent carrier... oh boy!!! Who knows whose mail I'll get or who will get mine. This past Saturday, mail didn't get here until after 5 pm, and the flag was still up and she didn't take the letters that I left for her to take. My package was delivered to a neighbor (as per usual with this woman). If she doesn't know how to read names and addresses, maybe she should find a diferrent line of work. She had been our Saturday carrier since summer. She should know the route by now.

Poor excuse for a mail service!! Multiple errors from our delivery person. Had to come in multiple times a week to pick up my mail that was marked "delivered" told me she would either deliver it tomorrow or I could come in. Our mailboxes offer a larger unit for larger packages. It's been used maybe a few times. So I don't understand why they don't use that larger box. We've had packages smashed into our box, making it almost impossible to take out. I was extremely upset. The lack of caring is incredible. We've had other neighbors mail as well. Which makes me worried that this is has also happened with my mail. Complained over and over and it still continues. They need to hire better people for this job.

Worst post office ever. I've told them so many time on the online form. Our post carrier smokes while doing our mail. Curses with my kids by her. Gets mad all the time and speeds when talked to about how she does this she says your not a cop so I don't need to listen to you. Wow. Great job barron. She made fun of my disability as well and laughed about it.

I have had 2 incidents at this office once in February 2016 mailed Check for $25 to my daughter in Iowa and mailed gift cards to my dad in Iowa in December 14th 2016 and as of December 29th he still hasn't received it is even put extra postage on envelope. I mailed both of these right at there office. I went up there and they said they couldn't help me. What a joke, so don't count on your mail to get to your loved ones.

It would be great if they were actually open ever 4:15pm what a joke .
