Walgreens

I just want to say thank you to the (Navy Veteran) that is a manager there this morning. She went remarkably above and well beyond the scope of her job to help me. I am very grateful. That kind of person is pretty rare, and she definitely made a difference. I don't typically write reviews (good or bad) but today's visit to Walgreens is going to stick in my mind for a long time. I was in a significant amount of pain, and that woman is a problem solver... No doubt.

The staff at this store are so wonderful and hard working. Every time I shop at this store; I see rude customers. I pray that people see how over worked and understaffed they are. They always have full shelfs, and a very clean store. Thank you.

I had not been in Canon in over a year. This pharmacy has not changed! Slow and crowded. May I suggest extending hours? I know help is hard to find, but seriously, get some help. Maybe the little KAREN that snipped where the line was could make herself useful.

I believe this is my second review but not sure on that. I did go to return some liquid Walgreens brand Niquil (my mom didn't realize what flavor it was before she tired, come to find out I got the wrong one.(( is there a good flavor for any liquid cold and flu medicine))).,Who knew! Anyway. I was promotely greated by a wonderful warm smiling staff member (Chyna). She was so sweet and understanding about this ridicules return request (completely on me). She made me feel better about this by engaging me in other return stories she's experienced while in the service industry. This warm customer service interaction that Chyna provided me really made my whole visit. I was only there to return the medicine, then planning to goto city market for a few other things, but just the genuine interaction Chyna provided made me feel comfortable and welcome that I just did my shopping at Walgreens instead of going across the way to City Market! Thank you Chyna your amazing. The company would be ridiculous and out of their minds to get rid of such a wonderful assest.

They didn't have one of my prescriptions ready, but instead of having me come back again, they immediately filled the second one. I didn't wait more than an additional two minutes! They were GREAT!

I'm really starting to like this pharmacy!! Open till 10p and has a drive thru- and the staff is pleasant and even fun- well she makes me smile when my world is not so fun. Thanks guys!!

My husband and I are from out of town. We had our prescriptions transferred here for the time being and they were SUPER helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The store was very busy, but I was able to get in and out quickly. The man at the checkout was fast and friendly.
