Carl’s Jr.

We saw Carl’s Jr. from the highway and wanted to stop. So glad we did the staff is friendly, and our food was freshly prepared. We would recommend, and we will stop again.

The jalapeño burger was great. The ladies behind the counter were phenomenal. They can upsell your socks while you have a huge smile on your face. The tourists can be a bit much to a local, but the staff made it worth the stay.

You could tell they needed some extra employees in there, however, the food and the employees they had, did a good job. Now PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TEA CONTAINERS!!!! THAT STUFF TASTES LIKE ALGEA. use the blue stuff. It loves eating the bad taste. Train the kids. Thanks for the good burgers!

Food is consistent with other Carl's Jr. Very clean. Busy but Speedy service.

Friendly staff. Fresh hot delicious fries. Fresh iced tea. Everything was very pleasing and timely.

Linda is the best. She is always super friendly and always in a great mood. Don't often get the same great service at other fast food restaurants or just restaurants in general these days.

Good, fast, clean (even the bathroom) and most importantly the folks working are just wonderful, especially the lady taking the orders. She made you feel special by calling you hon it's the little things.

Had an onslaught of people from traffic on I70 but still were friendly and had good food.

Hard to speak on fast food quality- fries were fresh (i recommend the waffle), and burger was fine. Linda and Kay at the drive thru, however, really made our day. They were very sweet and can turn a plain old fast food trip into a real treat. Great work gals!

I love coming to Idaho springs, and today one out of town i stopped by. They were kind, quick, and the food was good. I enjoyed it and i was there for a good forty min before leaving for Denver.

Best service EVER! I had a problem with an order on my mobile app, and they helped me fix it! Everyone was smiling and building each other up... I overheard the manager tell everyone how great they were... I hope the company treats them well, because they definitely deserve it. As always, the food was great. The biggest thing was their helpfulness, and those smiles. They were just closing up. I was the 2nd to last customer. They didn't look or act annoyed. They didn't try to hurry things along. They made me feel good to be a customer. Thank you everyone that was on the closing shift tonight. You guys rock!

Food was delicious(saw a lady in back)! Linda in the drive up window had the best customer service in Colorado! That's out of our whole vacation so far, and we've been here in the mountains 5 full days now from Northeast Oklahoma! Great job ladies! Thank you!

Linda is Awesome! I love this Carls Jr and Linda has helped me out a few times now. She is a very hard worker and I know I can trust this location with great employees like her

Nice clean store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. No outside seating. Handicap accessible parking, not a handicap accessible entrance (not automatic). Food was good. Especially liked the fried zucchini, would choose Carl's Jr over Burger King or Wendy's just for the zucchini. The burger and chicken tenders we ordered were fresh, warm and tasty. No COVID-19 restrictions.

Hit this Carls Jr after hittin the slopes and it hit the spot so hard. Great service too. Cashier lady was really nice. 10/10 for fast food

Super nice workers here and this is a great spot for vegans since they have the Beyond Star (keep it going Carl's Jr., the vegans love you).
