Wow best customer service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s when eating inside. Fast, friendly, and prompt service. I’ve never left a review for McDonald’s so that tells you something. Came in on 2/2/24 11am. Great staff

One of the nicest McDonalds I’ve been to. The staff are great, the food is really fast even when they’re busy, and they usually remember a familiar face. 10/10

Usually pick up some breakfast grub on the way up to the slopes. Everytime I'm blown away how fast it is. I swear when I order on the self service my meal beats me to the counter. The fastest of fast food is in Idaho springs co folks

These folks know how to treat you right. Family owned and operated. Food is hot and fresh. They know what customer service is. They smile and use words such a please and thank you. They want your business when you're in town and it shows! The menu is a bit limited from what you see in the city, so be expecting that. We just don't sell some items enough here in the mountains to put them on the menu. Stop in. You'll be glad you did. Ba da ba ba ba.

Came here after a whitewater rafting trip! Meal was on point with no hockups with my order!

Stopped by during lunch rush while traveling and received our order in less than two minutes. Food was hot, fresh and made correctly.

McDonald's is on most kids' list of favorite places to grab a quick meal. This location is conveniently located in a shared spot with a convenient store. I love the shared concept. It makes it easier for customers to get what they need from both locations at the same time and use the restroom if needed.

McDonald's has become a bit pricey over the past two decades. They offer the same menu items for the most part but the cost has increased a good bit. Our fries were not hot but warm. I didn't take them back.

I asked for cups of ice and the employee accidentally rang up sodas but I caught the potential mistake before I paid. He made the adjustment and there was no charge for the cup nor the ice. Some places charge for the cup or should I say overcharge for the cup.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Been there only a couple of times when I was visiting the area. It's combined with a gas station and convenience store right off I-70. Both times there was a very good business happening, but I always found seating if I didn't want to eat on the road or just in the car. The staff was pleasant and the meals are consistent with all McDonald's locations everywhere. I definitely give it a thumb's up!

So, I stopped by the McDonald's in Idaho Springs, and I gotta say, the service was really on point! As soon as I walked in, the staff was friendly and quick to take my order. There was this one dude, I think the night manager, who was super helpful. He made sure everyone's orders were spot on and took care of everyone like a pro.
The whole team worked together smoothly, even when it got busy. You don't always see that at fast-food joints, but they were on top of it here. The dining area was clean and neat, which is always a plus.
All in all, I had a great time there. Fast service, friendly staff, and a cool manager—can't complain! If you're ever in Idaho Springs, give this place a shot. Good food and good vibes all around. Thumbs up to the team for a job well done!

This McDonald's is hands down one of the best McDonald's I've been to in ages and I live down in town where they're everywhere and there's good ones down there but the food quality of this one the service the correctness of my order and just the overall flavor and experience of the whole thing was one of the best Big Mac meals I've had in a long time and definitely some of the most polite and attentive employees I've interacted and encountered at any McDonald's in years 10 out of 10 no questions asked Great great great great food great great great service.

Best McDonald’s of all time will fly out here more often to get my McDoubles here.

A great place to grab some nuggets for the road. Right off the highway and a fast and efficient drive through. You can get on and off in less than 5 minutes.

The crew is killing it on Labor day weekend! The guy with the long hair on a ponytail is awesome, he’s quick, calm and organized. Definitely amazing to be in the industry.. I appreciate them working on a holiday weekend and most especially they got the food right in a good quality.

First time in this location was just stopping off the I-70 and this was amazing! One of the best locations I've been to. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. They were swamped at the time and handled it so well! I've been in the industry 10+years and was extremely impressed. Their management should be proud and great full to have such hard workers take care of them!

I have to say, this is our favorite spot to or from the mountain for their convenient, blazing fast service. Don't tell anyone though, the drive-thru line is the only drawback. Good thing they are efficient.

I normally never give a fast food chain more than 4 stars but this location was so outstanding with their service I just had to give them all of my praise. Came in, ordered via the app to get a BOGO deal and coffee. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Outstanding.
