Food was excellent...as was the service!
Don't be put off by the outside of this little row house turned restaurant; inside is warm and inviting. Even though we were in a small room,with most tables filled, it didn't feel cramped and we could actually converse without shouting.
Not inexpensive but worthwhile!

We had our company Xmas party there. Very quaint, professional, welcoming, and excellent service.

Outstanding food, drinks and service. This was our first time and we didn't have a reservation. The owner kindly sat us at a high top in the bar area. Our server explained everything in detail. We both had thr special which was excellent. The Lemon Drop Martini was perfect. We will definitely be back...with a Reservation!

Always have good food, took awhile to get a service in the bar area. Missed Renee. Ordered wine and had to remind the bartender 2 times to get the wine. Ordered appetizer, asked to make sure we would get appetizer before dinner and our dinner came out first, we were not very happy. Won’t stop me from going back eating will depend on who’s working at the bar.

Went back to an old favorite that I hadn't seen for 10 plus years. Was great then, and still is. Terrific variety, if you can't find something to please you on the menu, then you aren't hungry. I started with their sausage and pepper soup which was absolutely loaded, progressed to the roasted beet salad, and then the spicy Italian veal. Four pieces of tender veal over black pepper fettuccine pasta with peppers and onions and a spicy sauce that you can order on a scale of 1 to 10 depending on your tolerance of heat. I ordered at level six, which at first bite I thought I was a little too conservative, but as I progressed through the entree, the heat started to build and build so that 6 was just perfect for my palate. Key lime pie with a graham cracker crust for dessert and a decent selection of beers to accompany the meal. Terrific service. This place deserves to be on a top 10 list in the area.

My goodness, this place has some excellent Italian dishes. To be honest, I wasn't familiar with this place at all, but I was told it was good by a friend. As a point of reference, this friend I mentioned will gladly eat frozen white castle burgers that he prepares with a steamer, so I do tend to question his judgement from time to time. Long story short, I had no expectations when I sat down. So you can imagine my surprise when I took my first bite, a stuffed pepper appetizer, and found it to be the absolute best stuffed pepper I have ever eaten, hands-down/by-a-mile! And, as someone with an Italian lineage, I've eaten stuffed peppers all my life. It was just as good the rest of the way; I had a great wedge salad, some mussels as (another) appetizer, and a veal entree. All were terrific. My lady had the pork chop, equally delicious. The only thing that was average was the post dinner coffee and only because it was the one thing that wasn't 'bowl-me-over' great. It was just a nice cup of coffee. I can't wait to go back.

Loved living so close to such a great restaurant! You will be missed!

We visited the bar for drinks and appetizers. We were thrilled with the amazing service and the great food. The full dinners looked and smelled amazing so we will definitely come back the next time we are in Pittsburgh. Hoping for the same bartending team when we come back! Cheers!

Tasty Italian cuisine in a homey atmosphere. Reasonably priced wines to accompany dinner; though the list isn't too long, we were able to find something good.

The Butternut Squash Ravioli is heaven on a plate. The owners/staff are friendly, fun, and the service is excellent. CC's has been on of my favorite restaurants since they opened and never disappoints.

Love the atmosphere and cozy decor. But we come here for the food abd great service above all else ! Menu is extensive and choices are hard to select. Must have the scallops appetizer and hot banana peppers - excellent ! Served with plenty of fresh bread ! Also had an excellent Moscow mule beverage in my favorite copper mug ! Always go back and never disappointed ! Thanks Bea our bartender last Friday happy hour. We had a great time of laughs and fun and she joked about it with us that we were so serious (teasingly) !!

First time there for myself and a good friend. We seek out of the beaten trail treasures and found one at CCs. The server Kaitlyn was beyond. She was probably the best server working in Pittsburgh last night. Helpful patient and informative. We sampled a few dishes but the pistachio veal was the standout! We will be back!

Got takeout for a special occasion. The food was great. I had excellent veal parm, we also has meatballs, chicken pesto pasta, the cheesy bread and a tuna appetizer. All the food was excellent. Plan to get food there again!

This place is everything you want in a restaurant - Great food and you don't need to take out a loan for the bill. I love the fact that they have an EXTENSIVE WINE LIST with bottles that cost only $20.00 . There is a huge myth in this world and that is - Good Wine is Expensive - no - trendy wine is expensive - good wine has no cost qualifications - CC's recognizes the difference. Then there is the food - I had a Zucchini Blossom appetizer that could be the best thing on the menu - but then that would be a lie - because after that I had Blue Marlin and - that may have been even better. So if The Mountain Top and over paying is your thing - keep driving - if on the other hand, the View of Ryan's Autoglass is romantic and food you've only seen of The Food Network is something that you would like to try - CC's is for you . I will be back very soon.

Cozy place full of friendly service. The food is outstanding. The $20 bottle wine list, chock full of excellent choices is amazing. Best place to go in the Fox Chapel Area. Shhhhh don't tell.

We ate at the bar. Nice relaxed atmosphere, very friendly, enjoyable evening. The hot pepper soup, butternut squash ravioli, and Margaritas were wonderful.
