I have always been treated well at the Cameron store very very helpful and friendly staff. Every one from start to finish was great keep up the good work.

As a person that has been in the Customer Service sector for over 15 years, I wanted to review this staff as I think it is important to do so when deserved.
I have to say, when looking at the Cameron location online, I was a bit nervous. The reviews are not great. But, coming from Hayward and needing to get down to Madison, I had a lack of options. And so I booked a car.
From the time that I reserved it (3 weeks in advance), to the time I dropped it off, I dealt primarily with 3 people (reservations, pick-up, drop-off) and all three of them were lovely. Kind, helpful, personable, and patient...though I was a first time renter with lots of questions. They even brought some humor into the process, which I appreciated! They made what was an intimidating process for me, fast, easy, and painless.
I will absolutely use this service again. Also, as an FYI - I do not know any of these people personally, nor do I have any ties to Enterprise. Just wanted to place an honest review as to the service I was provided.

Our agent, whose name I have regrettably forgotten, was quite friendly. She also had excellent facility with the rental software so there were no long pauses while trying to figure something out or looking things up etc that I have seen in the past with other rental places. I was ok with the single option that my insurance company was springing for, but she upgraded us so that was really nice.

Amazing to work with. We didnt have much time and during a snow storm they got us a amazing vehicle while walking in. The woman who helped us had driven an hour in the storm to work and was still cheerful and the perfect person to work with. I'll definetly be coming back again.

Awesome customer service, this location always has top notch people who are super friendly. Made sure I was totally comfortable with my vehicle and features included before I drove away. 😊

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The young lady who helped me was at the end of her work day and had several customers waiting. She did very well with that many people waiting.

The Enterprise team at the Rice Lake Airport branch are awesome to work with! They are friendly, experienced and professional and have you out of there and on your way quickly!

Loved this whole experience. Made a last minute reservation but it all worked out. Fast service, great car, and definitely recommend to all who want to rent a car.

Jake from State Farm has nothing in Jake from Enterprise!
The only thing I didn't like was how their tablet's Bluetooth capability outside the office.
We had to go back in to swipe my credit card.
Otherwise, Home Run Jake!
