My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of working with Chris Sholts at this office. He put us in an uncomfortable and unsafe situation with his behavior and didn't respect our privacy at our new home. He lied, had awful communication and majorly lacked follow though on things he said he would do. He took little accountability when caught and confronted and thought dropping off a bottle of wine at our door would help the situation. The experience with Chris was unprofessional and disappointing all around. I would look elsewhere if you are considering him as your realtor.

Complete Trash!!! Laney Abramson is a weak snowflake with no talent. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, rude, argumentative. Has listings up with wrong advertising. Wastes people’s time who are looking for homes? Probably shouldn’t be in this business sweetie..Time to head back home to live with mom and daddy in the trailer park….Avoid this dump and any Coldwell Reality Group home at all costs….

Agent Miguel Miranda had me do work on a house in October 2021. It is now February 2022 and he has not paid for my services. He will not return calls or emails. I also contacted the Manager Kevin about the situation. He said he would look into it but he also will not return calls or messages. Very unprofessional behavior for realtors to conduct business in this manner.

I called the Colorado Springs office to locate an agent, I was transferred to the Denver office, where the receptionist was extremely rude and quick to get me off the phone. She told me that the agent is not in that office and transferred me to a non working number. Over all, I just wanted to speak to someone about potentially moving into the area and was referred to a specific agent, but would have been willing to speak with anyone, but not after that experience! Good luck using these guys, you'll need it!
