We wanted a no frills relaxing breakfast, and this classic diner exceeded our expectations. A booth with a window facing the railroad tracks, a counter with the local regulars enjoying their morning routine. A nice camaraderie amongst the staff. We ended up with a Greek omelet and the He-Man breakfast and enjoyed generous portions and tasty fare. Originally I was a little disappointed that biscuits weren't a front runner on the menu but I didn't miss them at all. And Beth our server made us feel right at home. Coffee was great, too!

Comfort food in a cool environment. Beth, our server, was awesome. Enjoyed breakfast here. We usually eat breakfast at the Lincoln Diner when in Gettysburg. They serve breakfast all day. The front portion of the diner- looks like the original part- is cute and old school diner-esque. We’ve gotten the French toast, blueberry pancakes, home fries, eggs, toast. All of it was good. Only part that’s not optimal is they don’t do a wait list any longer. You have to stand in the foyer and wait til someone comes out to grab a table. This is maybe a bit crazy on the weekends. Sunday we waited a few minutes. On Monday there wasn’t a wait, and we sat immediately. Very good breakfast so worth a wait if there is one!

About once a month I drive up from Westminster to meet a friend and to eat breakfast at the Lincoln Diner.

Awesome service, friendly staff, very clean. I really like the breakfast food. The prices are really good compared to most of the chain restaurants.

I love the atmosphere of the diner, especially the Lincoln Diner. By no means do I want this to come across as being negative. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, it maybe time to think about freshening up the place. If you want to know what I mean by freshening up, I would be happy to share in a private message. Again, I hope this is not taken to negative because that is not my intent.

I highly recommend the Lincoln Diner as a place to eat.

I've never had a bad dish here, the French toast(my personal favorite) is always amazing, the burgers are so good and the turkey club is delish.
The Dessert was heavenly

First time in even though we live close and we were not disappointed! We were intending on trying the restaurant in the square for breakfast but they were closed so we walked down to the Lincoln Diner instead. Food was delicious and our server was so sweet and friendly. You can definitely tell many patrons were locals and regulars. The pancakes were the best I had ever tasted and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely return!

The food was fine, the service is outstanding! Our order was taken quickly, and our food arrived quickly. Our server checked on us frequently, and she was funny!
And oh my goodness, the price! It was under $20 for our breakfast! Fantastic!

We ended up loving breakfast so much this morning that we came back again for lunch. They do serve some breakfast all day long as well as have a lunch/dinner menu. Their desserts looked amazing, but we didn't have any spare room left to get some. Very kind, easygoing place. The first part of the restaurant is meant to look like a rail car on the inside.

My wife and I were at your diner today. We hadn’t been there in five years. We really enjoyed it five years ago and that’s why we came back. The menu hasn’t changed a bit in terms of pricing which is to your credit given the inflationary times that were in. Very good value excellent food and very attentive service. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal experience!

Took my parents here. Very tasty, some of the best French toast and sausage gravy. Very busy for good reason. So get there early.

Steps away from the historic train station. My daughter and I enjoyed a hearty breakfast at the Lincoln Diner. The servers were friendly and attentive. The pumpkin pancakes were delicious and the coffee ever flowing and hot.

Our waitress was excellent - very pleasant and efficient. I had the Feta Cheese & Spinach Omelette and highly recommend it. Surprisingly good coffee!

Love this small town diner. We go here everytime we go to Gettysburg. Really good breakfast. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are downstairs past the cart heading to the expansion of the new dining area. I'd get there around 9 am. Earlier in prime season. I've seen a lot of people waiting for a table off season for breakfast. Parking is in the back.. don't drive right after leaving from the parking lot.. it's a one way across the train tracks.

Lovely little diner we stopped in through our Gettysburg trip. The western omelet was perfectly cheesy along with the side of sausage. Triple decker turkey sandwich was good and pancakes with bacon for the dogs was enjoyed as well 🐶 We got a lot of food for $30 can't beat it!!

They have a really good food and they serve breakfast to dinner. Staff are good and price is good too. The pancake is really delicious. Extensive menu with American, Greek and Italian choices. They have free parking in the rear or there is also metered parking on the street. Easy walking distance from the historic Gettysburg town square.

They serve a delicious scrapple bagel at the Lincoln Diner. Good service and a fun 50s diner theme made this an excellent breakfast.

This was an experience! The food was really good but Ruth and Robin made this a 10 out of 10! While Ruth wants everyone to think she is crabby, she is hilarious and such a sweetheart! And Robin is just lovely. They were kind and attentive and full of information for a wonderful day in Gettysburg!
