Appalachian Brewing Company of Gettysburg - Battlefield

Great place! Food is delicious, and the sodas are made in house and were great! The service was friendly and honestly fairly quick for as busy as they were. The building is gorgeous and they have the nicest outdoor patio and dining area! Would definitely visit regularly if I lived close!

Driving all the way from Hampton Roads, VA to do some contract work at the Best Western next door; this was the first place we visited after checking into the hotel. We walked in an hour or so before their normal closing time, but they stayed open later for Super Bowl Sunday. Service was above and beyond excellent! Professional yet friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience that much better. Loved the beer (had the Susquehanna American Stout) and my food was delicious (ordered a giant soft pretzel app). Ended up buying a six pack of another local beer to go, but don't exactly remember the name of it atm. Also got 6 of the beer flight glasses to take home. Overall experience was one of, if not the best restaurant outings I've ever had. Thank you!

10/10 Excellent experience and food! The servers and bartenders were fabulous and we were seated and served quickly. The food was some of the best I have had in a long time! Our entrees were so good, we ordered dessert because we knew it would be amazing as well! We tried all three flavors of the tacos and couldn’t choose a favorite! If you save room, the elephant ear was delightful! The bartender we had made some of the best cocktails we’ve had the pleasure of ordering!

Our first time visiting, we went on a Monday for lunch and were seated right away. Atmosphere and decor was on point. Waitress was very kind and attentive. Drinks were good and food was fabulous. We got the pierogi and brats meal and yurt sandwich. They also have an outdoor space with seating and firepits. They also have free parking behind the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I visited here in February had a delicious lunch, I got a burger and she had a shrimp sandwich and both were outstanding! Also was a fun atmosphere with lots of great beer selections, I enjoyed a nice cold IPA with my burger could not ask for more. Waiter was friendly and service was fast, great place to check out!

I really enjoyed visiting Appalachian Brewing. The beer and food was good and the service was great! Our server was very positive and quick to take care of us. Fun brewery day or night.

Nice brewery! Went in for lunch after touring Gettysburg. Burger was standard. Fries were great! The presentation of plate was fun!

Food is always delicious, large servings, great presentation and very knowledgeable wait staff.

Great place to eat and drink if in Gettysburg, indoors or out. We had a fine pilsner beer and the jalapeno poppers. Excellent starters. The facility is nice and the staff nicer. Definitely worth dining here.

Had a truly delightful dinner. We were celebrating a birthday and the food, staff and party room were perfect in every way.
The menu allowed for choosing a dinner that was different but not so far out of a person's comfort zone that it made for a great change from the "norm"

Amazing experience! We got seated right away because we were looking for outside seating. Atmosphere was great and our server Zach was on point. Food was delicious. Many kudos to the chefs. Drinks were much stronger than I was used to but amazing. Mary Kate was bussing tables and had a lovely conversation with us. We will be back...maybe tomorrow...but for sure next time were in town!!

The servers were very accommodating as we wanted to eat outside on patio. It was a gorgeous day for April in PA! The patio was very clean. The different beers were great! We just loved the outdoor atmosphere! I really enjoyed my carne tacos with a great aoli sauce on top. The salsa and chips were delicious. My husband found his hamburger to be a little overcooked so a little dry, and not very flavorful. Overall, this was a good experience!

Went for late lunch on a Monday, didn’t have to wait at all. Got the steak sandwich which tasted great but the toast got soggy in the middle, maybe a different bread would be better? Burger and pretzel was on point. Server was great!

Loved this place! We actually went here twice during our time in Gettysburg. Once for a quick drink and once for dinner and drinks. Their cocktails are some of the best drinks that I’ve ever had at a restaurant/bar! My boyfriend likes light beer and he had the mountain lager and loved it. I also recommend trying their mac and cheese if you’re going for lunch or dinner. I really like how they’re part of the Adams County Pour Tour too!

We on a whim decided to head across the street from our hotel for dinner and ABC has been amazing!! Our server, Shelby S., was wonderful with recommendations as to apps and entrees. We settled on brussel spouts, spinach dip and Yurt burgers. Amazing!! We are so full we are choosing to take dessert to go. Maple Bacon Cheescake!!! Beers are great... and definitely try the rootbeer!!

Great pub food with fun atmosphere. Nice beer garden with picnic tables and shade (pets welcome). Large beer selection of Appalachian Brewing Company products (on tap, in bottle, and in cans). Fish and chips was very good. Homemade tater tot appetizer is amazing! Fun spot, reasonable prices, great location. Highly recommend and will return on our next trip to Gettysburg.

Love this brewery, by far the best in Gettysburg. The food is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This brewery started out small and humble. Now they are a 10 out of 10. Hard work and dedication pays off.

Quick lunch before a battlefield tour. Service was quick and the atmosphere is decent. If you don’t try anything else, try the house-made tator tots. They’re amazing! Shredded potato with cheese and seasoning pairs perfectly with house-made thickly and creamy ranch dressing. The cheddar ale soup is a good twist on traditional potato soup. Next time I’ll add in a bit of sour cream. Overall a great place to have a meal.

Another place that I visited for a beer flight to try out local beers & I have to say that this is by far the best place I've eaten & had beers at in PA.
