Good store to stop in for a quick drink, snack or lunch. I appreciate the service which is well in this establishment. What's good is they have a ton of stuff stocked on the shelves and if you ever need help with getting food cooked, the staff have no problems making it for you.

I appreciate the staff behind the counter. You are all very respectful and friendly.

To all those who look at the previous negative reviews on here, don't let it deter you. This is a nice place situated in Gettysburg and if you're ever looking for something while you're exploring the battlefields, this is the place to go.

The staff has always been very helpful and kind. They are quite decent to the townie regulars that other places would consider less than human. I respect that about them. They take care of there own. Love the coffee and the pastries are always great!

Clean and well-lit at nights, too. The woman at the counter at nights is very friendly and courteous.

Had to stop here to reload money on card for an emergency May 23rd 2023 time was 22:00 I was in store man at the counter had absolutely no clue how to scan barcode off phone or swipe card to add money. Woman comes in to relieve the man at the counter and she rudely stated " I don't know you can't do that here." when app clearly GPS this location as reload station. I have multiple businesses in town and the service here is absolutely TERRIBLE!

This place is the most disrespectful in worst place I’ve ever experienced in my life time. I went here for a doordash order to pick up well let me tell you never again. The woman kept saying “people on doordash are so inconsiderate of what they order.” “They order to much” well let me tell you something your a BUSINESS for a reason and if you don’t like it then you need to find a different job.

I am a manager of a local company. Normally I have had pleasant experience at this location. Today I was yelled at to take my hood off. Now I understand policy however there is never an excuse to yell at me. I have hearing loss from Afghanistan and was on a phone with an employee. I turned around and took my money somewhere else.

Very rude blonde lady that only yells at customers with attitude. Manage owner guy doesn't care about how customers are talked to by said employee. I also see I am not the only one of said blonde lady. Very unprofessional and almost zero customer service. Beware and stay away head to Sheetz your better off and better atmosphere and customer service

During the COVID-19 shutdown, this particular 7-11 made the decision to tape off most of the store, which forced all customers to walk in the same direction when entering and exiting the building. During this time, I witnessed a younger blonde employee yell at another customer, telling them to “move out of the way” and “go outside” after they were standing in front of another customer leaving. Upon entering, this particular person clearly appeared confused about where to walk, and after exiting the building, this same employee obnoxiously waved the customer back inside, only to have that same person be forced to brush up against another customer at the register. This whole situation made no sense, and appeared to contradict the original point of having this person go outside and avoid contact with other customers. In addition, these procedures were counterintuitive to all other COVID-19 regulations that allow for customers to enter and exit a building in opposite directions. Despite there being three employees present at the time, including one person that looked like a manager, at no point did anyone provide any written or verbal directions to anyone coming or leaving the building. As a long time Gettysburg resident and customer, I sincerely hope that this particular employee doesn’t treat anyone else the same way, and eventually learns proper customer service etiquette, as she is clearly lacking in this department.

I am the manager of a local business in town and often stop in to pick up any “emergency” needs. Yesterday I was appalled as I was in and watched an middle-aged employee that was working behind the counter at the lottery computer discuss a drug deal with a man as she helped a customer. The man with the drugs even laid a bag of marijuana on the counter next to me as I was being rung at the register closest to the door.

They deny water to homeless people; it's the only place in town to get water at night. Love the cutout responses to reviews that are obviously not from the new owner. I hope corporate takes this store back. Terrible owner.
