Best ice cream in Gettysburg hands down! They have amazing customer service from top to bottom, friendly and helpful! Definitely add this to your "Must Do" list when visiting Gettysburg!

This is the best ice cream! A friend told us to be sure and stop here when we traveled to Gettysburg. I'm so glad we did. We had fresh peach in a waffle cone. It was the best fresh peach we've ever had, and the waffle cone was so fresh. Yum!!

I leave the best reviews. Nobody leaves reviews like me, believe me. You wouldn't believe the quality of ice cream to come out of this place. It's been a while since I've been here but the review is long overdue. If you go to Gettysburg, you have to get ice cream here, OK? I recommend you ask that they build you a great wall of ice cream, and then get a friend or family member to pay for it.

Our family absolutely loves Mr.G's! We look forward to go there every time we visit Gettysburg! Huge selection of the most delicious ice cream!! The owners and staff are so friendly. I would recommend this ice cream shop to everyone!!

The ice cream here is delicious. Flavors are deliciously crafted in the shop. Staff is nice and I hope to come back. There is some seating outside but seating is limited. I went during slower hours of the day.

VEGAN ICE CREAM. Being allergic to dairy can really suck when it comes to ice cream but more and more shops are coming up with their own versions. The coconut is fantastic and I love that they add actual coconut.

Absolutely LOVE Mr. Gs! There are a ton of ice cream choices in Gettysburg but I keep coming back for Mr. Gs. I love that it’s a family run business. The ice cream is delicious - love the unique flavors. Also love the partnering with local food businesses to bring their ice cream creations to the next level. The staff are always efficient and pleasant. The gift shop is so quant and has so many great gifts and souvenirs.

The hard ice cream here is great, you can definitely tell it’s homemade. I didn’t get a chance to try the soft flavors, but I got to try Ghost Tracks and Thin Mint. I enjoyed both. The service was quick and the servers were pleasant. The little gift shop is also great with many unique gifts like ice cream scented soy candles, jars of honey, home decor, sweatshirts and t-shirts, and other Gettysburg themed gifts.

After a long day visiting Gettysburg, this place was like a heaven to us, emmmmm, Creamy homemade ice cream…..the ice cream shop itself is so cute too, one can sit outside on benches with soldiers statues around you……yummy yummy yummy, absolutely yummy. There is a small gift shop right next door with some very cute gift, just following ice cream cones on the ground :D well, enjoying the ice cream first and then go :D :D

My first time visiting Mr. G's was a lovely experience. I love ice cream and Mr. G's ice cream was delicious. I had the Apple Cinnamon Bun and the texture and taste was great. My sister got Strawberry Cheesecake flurry and it also didn't disappoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending flavors. I definitely will be planning another trip to Mr. G's inshAllah.

Great ice cream, I had girl scout thin mint in a waffle bowl. Wasn't really impressed with the taste of the waffle bowl but thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream.

Phenomenal ice cream and service! We were visiting Gettysburg, PA from NY and we were told this was the place to get ice cream. It’s true! The day we left to go back home, we stopped one last time. I am not sure who the gentleman was but he gave my son a free slushy on a very hot day! His kindness and generosity will not be forgotten! We plan to visit Gettysburg again and are looking forward to having more of the best ice cream around!

An amazing place to cool off with a delicious homemade frozen treat! The homemade ice cream at Mr. G’s was fantastic and hit the spot after a hot day of touring around Gettysburg. The available flavors change daily but the few we tried were all delicious. Mr. G’s also has soft serve and blended ice cream treats. There is also a nice little gift shop in the rear of the lot.

I can’t say enough about Mr. G’s. The ice cream is the best, but more importantly, the owner gives back to his community and treats his staff well. And, the staff are awesome and so sweet! They are always smiling and eager to serve. It’s nice to see happy faces all around!

definitely worth trying the ice cream is very good and they have alot of different variety of flavors to choose from , cones or dishes , soft dipped and they have pineapple sundays or any kind you would like them to do, highly recommend trying this at least once while your in Gettysburg.

Excellent ice cream served in dishes or cones. There's also a souvenir shop run by the same folks. There were lines in front of the order window every time we passed by,but they move fast. We were about 5th in line and got served in less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely love their ice cream. Tried 3 flavors in the waffle cone and loved them. My favorite might be black raspberry!

I can not go to Gettysburg without stopping for ice cream at Mr G's. There is always a line but it moves quickly and is definitely worth standing in line for. There is a lovely little seating area all around the outside too. The past two times I visited I had the fresh peach sundae with peach ice cream😋
