Although this location is very busy, I have always had great service here. The representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable and provide professional advice and support. The estimates are accurate, and the fees are fair. You can track progress from your phone. Wait times can be tough and could affect your personal view of a five-star rating, but from my point of view it is worth it.

These guys are the best. My check pressure light kept coming on just shortly after I filled up my front tire. I figured something was probably in it so I took it in. Sure enough there was a tiny nail in my tire. They plugged it and patched it, handed me my keys and told me to havr a great day. No charge? Wow! Thanks so much guys. I will be returning for new tires when it's time.

This place is BUSY! Lots of great people working, like Seth & Juan but be prepared to wait! Store closes at 6, but these guys don't run with the clock, which is unheard of in today's lack of convenience for the customer. Highly recommend, as they did a great job on replacing my tires!

Very thankful for the strong work ethic and the excellent customer service at this specific location. They were incredibly busy tonight with a line out the door and a huge queue of customers- but they still operated with smiles on their faces and tons of patience with me and all of the customers. Within just a couple of hours I had a brand new set of snow tires on my car and was out the door! Thank you guys! I appreciate the fast service & how hard you are working!

They do a great job with tires. We have gotten all our winter tires here, and always do rotation here.

Recommend scheduling an appointment as they are often busy during Fall and Spring.

Also curious if this location could have a better process for giving clients their keys who are just picking up their car. Luckily one of the techs came and asked before serving more customers. He did great but 6 other people were helped and looked at before this. A key pass off transaction takes less then a minute if someone has already paid.

I have been coming to discount tires for years now. I got my tires rotated this week at this location and everyone here is very professional and trustworthy. Juan helped me today and he was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this place. Book your appointment online.

My visit was extremely wonderful! I couldn't be more happy with my service I would like to thank all of the employees that I cam into contact with at this location everyone was extremely polite and courteous. I had a nail in my tire and the leak had just been getting worse over time to the point where I had to put air in everyday. I know this is not a major issue or fix but they took care of me very quickly and made me feel like customer #1. I want to commend Luke for his service and politeness dealing with impatient customers, Seth for doing the same and making sure everyone was taken care of, and Ryder for doing an amazing job with my vehicle and being very thorough is his explanation of fixing my tire! I will absolutely be back and I wish the offered more services but the ones I do I will take advantage of. Huge thank you to Luck, Seth, and Ryder I truly appreciate your hard work, politeness, and service.

I've been coming to this specific location for over four years and it's a great experience every time! Everyone here is kind, professional, and honest; no one has ever tried to upsell me. Even when I have to come in on short notice, the staff expertly balance appointments and walk-ins. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else for tire assistance!

I took our 2nd car in for a Rotation & Balance and inspection. The tires were purchased there 3 years earlier; but this car isn’t used much and is protected in our garage. In a lot of situations like this I would anticipate a push to “upsell”, but as he (Juan, I think) inspected the tires and measured the tread he showed me why the tires were still in great shape and well above safe levels for winter driving. I so appreciated his honesty and integrity. This is what keeps me loyal to Discount - which I’ve been for 40+ years.

I will continue to give this location my business. Juan sets the standard for customer service in this industry. I had a complaint after receiving a tire service, Juan treated me with the upmost respect and patience while I explained my frustrations. Keep it up Juan, the world needs more ppl like you! I’m very happy I chose your location.

Really well-run shop. On top of their stuff. Great staff, clean comfortable waiting area, and I was in and out very quickly for a new set of tires.

Last Saturday, Discount Tire on Kipling/Jewell took me in 15 minutes past close due to a blown tire that occurred a couple hundred feet down the road. Thank you to Ken and the entire team! I am so very grateful for the wonderful customer service and kindness during a hectic situation.

They did a wonderful job fixing my TPMS sensor so I didn't get a warning code anymore. They were all very polite and well mannered, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier and wanted to send a special shout out to Davante for helping me. Customer care is excellent.

Walked in for about a hour wait for my tire to be inspected. It was determined it was a big nail that had been making my tire go flat. The guys were able to patch it right up and have me all taken care of in about 2 hours. The man named Paul was very helpful. Recommended I didn’t drive on it at all due to psi being pretty low. I took his advice and waited patiently. Everyone looked to be working with a sense of urgency and doing diligent work! Thanks everyone for your help! I’ve been doing to discount tires for years and they always provide great service and value!

Despite how insanely busy they were, the staff was still very friendly and accommodating. Though there was a fairly long wait they took care of me same day, where as their competitors didn't even hold a flame to the prices or service.

Had a flat fixed last Christmas and bought 4 new tires today. Both experiences were very solid. Bought the tired online and scheduled the appointment when it worked, all was done well and fast. Juan is the best! We will be back for sure! Thank you

The guys working here are awesome. Very accommodating, and even harder working. Will never buy tires anywhere other than Discount Tire.
