This reviews didn’t seem too great before walking in here but I think they get a bad wrap. I think they are mostly understaffed.

The breakfast burrito was great. My orange juice was fine. Some people make accounts just to post bad reviews… suggestion. If you want to know if you can put faith in a review. Make sure their account has a good amount of reviews

Fantastic dinner experience! We were searching for a bite to eat on Dec. 23, without reservations... And we totally lucked out to walk into One Lincoln.
There was a perfect table in the corner for a party of three.
Ordered the Burrata, the roasted Brussel Sprouts and a Cesear Salad with Blackened Salmon.
Simply put... It was all excellently prepared and presented.
Service was perfect!
Highly recommend this lovely local gem!

We were treated to One Lincoln’s New Year’s Eve dinner menu. The seafood chowder was delicious, and the pork ribeye and bread pudding were fantastic. We were very happy to have chosen One Lincoln for our new year’s meal.

Went for breakfast. Service was great. Breakfast was good, their breakfast potatoes (hashbrowns) you could tell were cooked well before we ordered cold and chewy. I suggest asking for them to be well done.

The restaurant was very nice and clean with a rustic yet old historic feel to it. The food was priced fairly for the portions. Service was quick and staff were all very friendly. The bartenders were absolutely wonderful beautiful kind people. They made it seem as tho you were a regular and when they talked to you it felt like you knew them all your life and were just starting to catch up. The drinks were good and if there's something not on the menu they are willing to look it up or learn the drink for you. Would definitely recommend the bar and restaurant. And if you want a good drink ask for a sour gummy bear.

Stopped in for lunch. The service was fantastic, and the food came out quickly. There were just 2 of us, and we both really enjoyed our meals. Everything was delicious. My one and only gripe was how far the bathrooms are, and they're a little hard to find. That won't deter me though, I will definitely stop in again.

Absolutely amazing food! The next day I am still talking about how delicious everything was. The flavor was absolutely mouthwatering and perfectly paired with accompaniments listed on the menu (crab stuffed scallops and portobello sandwich on gluten free bun, even the bun was good!) Kudos to the chef and a special thank you for double checking on any allergies given what I ordered and the new server we had. Top notch service! Atmosphere was relaxed, yet nice and an upscale feeling. Highly recommend and you have got to try the sweet potato fries! Even if you don't like sweet potatoes, these fries may change your mind. Best I have ever had!

My wife and I spent the weekend in Gettysburg and went to One Lincoln for dinner. Our server Mo was really nice and attentive. I ordered the halibut and risotto and my wife went with the ribeye - before we even started eating, another diner came over to our table to ask what we ordered because it smelled so good. I get it, I like to creep on other people’s orders too. I was genuinely sad by the time I finished my dinner. It was that good. I can’t recommend this place enough, we will be back for sure.

Highly recommend. We just finished dinner for NYE 2024.
Appetizer, entree, and dessert were excellent.

Our server, Amanda B. was superior- she checked in us often and really knows her stuff.

Great place for our anniversary dinner. I was craving a good steak when I arrived and the ribeye did not disappoint! My husband had the halibut and was smitten as well. Easy seating around 5:00 but it was getting busy as we left around 6. Kids menu, booster seats, and GF items clearly marked. Thank you!!

This place has the most amazing vegetable stuffed mushrooms with herb cheese on a parsnip puree sauce, drizzled with I don't know what. Looked like chocolate but we ate it so fast I couldn't catch what it was as we were late for our ghost tour. And as a self proclaimed chef myself, I know stuffed mushrooms. These were incredible. We also had the Risotto balls and they were crisp on the outside yet light and airy inside. This place has great outdoor seating and the waitresses were great. The service was fantastic so we returned the next night when we had more time. The waitress remembered us, which adds a personal touch and shows how attentive they are to their customers. The second night did not disappoint. My daughter had the Linguine Bolognaise with veal, beef, pork and roasted tomato. I think it was the only time she stopped talking during our entire trip was to eat this meal. I had the Crab stuffed scallops with mashed potatoes and shrimp succotash. Since scallops are my favorite and I know how to cook them, I often order them just to gauge how good the chef is. This chef is top notch. I take these trips to find new recipes and see how other chefs prepare their meals. It's only fair that if I'm testing them, I give them my fair opinion. This is the only restaurant on our trip that gets a five star rating. The food and the service were fantastic.

Our family had a delicious breakfast and all of the staff were great. Such a nice touch that it is part of the hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to One Lincoln for food and it won't be the last. I remember reading the menu when they opened but this breakfast was my first chance to visit for food.
We got the Stuffed French Toast (with fig and cream cheese) and an omelette with spinach, onion, and cheddar cheese. All of it was great! The french toast didn't need any of the syrup it came with, I'm glad it was on the side. The omelette came with potatoes and toast and was quite the satisfying meal.
I'll be back to try their Creamed Beef and the Bananas Foster French Toast. Breakfast is only served until 10:30!

This was a really nice restaurant in downtown Gettysburg. A lot of the reviews are about the price but I found the price to be reasonable and fair. Our server was also quite pleasant (the young lady from Baltimore) and made sure to keep our beverages full. I started with the fried brussel sprout with bananas foster-interesting and delicious combination. My main entree was crab stuffed scallops and it was super delicious. My husband got a burger with an extra patty but the first patty was so big, he probably could've gone without it. My only suggestion is not to serve the scallops with potatoes and mixed vegetables, I think the grits would be a better side but since that's already a side for the shrimp, maybe risotto? Otherwise, really great restaurant. I hope their ratings goes up higher because this restaurant deserves higher than 3 something stars! People in Gettysburg need to get out more and realize the menu price is not bad at all.
Forgot to mention, the wallpaper is the Gettysburg address- love the novelty!

My girlfriend and I decided to have lunch in the Pub area to start our "Girl's Day Out". The pot roast is tender and delicious! The presentation was Beautiful! Our waitress was knowledgeable, gracious and fun. It was the perfect start to a relaxing, fun day in Gettysburg.

Was in town for anniversary and valentines day. Wife placed reservations here. I was not dissapointed. My wife said "you never enjoy a meal this much!". Presentation and flavor were excellent.

Service was great! Breakfast and coffee were absolutely delicious, my fiance said the Eggs Benedict was the absolute best! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Gettysburg!

Delicious Maryland crab soup, tonato based broth. Crab cakes were very generously sized with lots of lump crab, very little filler. Servers very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to customize things to avoid dairy. Lovely dining room overlooking Lincoln Square. Located in the historic Gettysburg Hotel.

Lovely breakfast on the outdoor patio. Tasty food, too! Friendly service.

Amazing food! Quiet, reasonable prices. Very personable waitstaff. Yummy crab cake burger. If you love chocolate, the Spooncake is a definite. Locate right next to the Gettysburg Hotel.
