Macy's

I love Macy's ! Great quality merchandise. If you find something on their Website that isn't available in the Store, they send it to your home - for free. This has happened to me several times. Sales People are always extremely helpful. Get great deals & coupons if you have their Credit Card. One of my favorite places to shop. It's all good at Macy's.

I was at Macys getting my makeup done at MAC which this is my second time getting it done here since September. ( Both times were for a wedding). They were amazing both times. It did take a little longer due to customers needing assistance or calling but over all, I looked great. When it comes to weddings, or events like that I like to get my male up done and feel and look different than my normal day to day.

Had trouble with a order over the phone & it was canceled. Went to Robinson Twp.customer service & she helped me to put in another order. So glad is a gift for my Granddaughters birthday 🙂

Once again wonderful experience Mrs Patty's at the perfume counter is just delightful person every time we have come in the store she makes our day❤

I wanted to leave a positive review on my experience with a team member named James. I come to the Macys in south hills regularly often for men’s dress clothes. Anytime that James is at the store, he always happily greets me and helps in all aspect of the shopping experience.

Love shopping for the sales. That is my favorite thing finding a good price.

Excellent dress department! I purchased both a rehearsal dinner dress and Mother of Groom dress here today. Huge selection of styles, colors and sizes. Purchased earrings, shoes and shapewear all in one place. All of the associates I dealt with were extremely nice! The dress department here had way more of a selection of cocktail/formal dresses than Ross Park. Glad I made the trip to Robinson Mall!

Just went last week and got a beautiful deal on winter coat. Sales are amazing right now.

I actually used the ladies lounge. Very clean, well lit excellent counter space for me to use to freshen up before heading out to meet my cousin.
I did appreciate the fact that there were exits all over the store. This helped me avoid passing 2 of my biggest weaknesses shoes and sunglasses.
If I am ever at the mall again I will most likely return to this fabulous place.

Kaye in the Ralph Lauren Mens helped me find a very nice sweater at a great price. She was extremely helpful and a very pleasant personality. Robinson location. Pat on the back. Excellent service.

Macy's is always great, whether shopping in the store or online the sales are awesome...got me and my fiancee matching outfits for less than $75, shirt and dress!

Did not have the make up I was looking for but 2 staff members did their best to find a substitue.

What a wonderful store. It is huge with 2 floors and anything you need.

Just want to say that the 2 employees that assisted me and my daughter were fantastic. My daughter tripped going up the escalator and cut her knee pretty good, and 2 associates came over with a first aid kit and helped her calm down. Great employees. Truly means a lot that they were there to help and they were so kind and friendly with my daughter.

Hadn't been in the mall in a couple years, but needed to hit up a Sunglass Hut. I was surprised to find that Macy's, and the mall for that matter, are still thriving. Macy's is still a standard Macy's, but having the sub-stores (for lack of a better term) like the Sunglass Hut and Toys R Us inside of it were kind of impressive.
