Best Buy

I needed a back up power supply for my desktop computer as my previous power supply was tripping my breaker. I went to Best Buy and had to wait in the parking lot for a few minutes because they open at 10 AM. Once I got inside I was able to recycle my old power supply and find a new one and buy it all within about 15 minutes. Very efficient buying experience.

Tyler and Legrant killed it on a sale to us, an absolutely wonderful experience. And when we had trouble on pickup Tyler saw us from across the store and was there to help walk us through the issues to fix them. Give these guys raises, kind of service.
Their MOD seemed a bit clueless tho, from our perspective.

Honestly I think brick and mortar stores are deserving of peoples' attention again. You can actually see the thing you're purchasing and take it home same day, you have a place to take things back to, and, in the case of this store, pleasant employees that can help you with decisions or just shoot the breeze and talk tech. We've gone through the tech revolution and everyone complains about how much less happy the world is, I think what's gone missing is human interaction. Cancel the amazon prime account and just go pick up what you need from the store.

K is the most helpful staff member at this Best Buy. I had an appointment at Best Buy to fix my iPad but the lady there kept saying after 4 years most iPads break and wouldn’t even look at it. I followed my gut and went to the section I bought the iPad at years ago and K was at the counter. He looked at it and figured out that the blind accessibility feature was turned on. He fixed it in seconds!!!

Had a phone issue in the early evening, about an hour or so before close. Associates name was Jacob. Really nice guy, incredibly helpful, and patience. Some of the aspect of completing my phone activation had to be learned then and there. Jacob was patience and kind, and the staff seemed to be readily willing to help him out. All was taken care of. Left the store with what I needed with three or four of the staff smiling and wishing me a good night. Much appreciated.

I freaking love Best Buy.
Online you can buy open box items for half price. I bought a JBL 5.1, a JBL 2.1 then finally a Samsung 3.1.2
I returned the first 2 because they were not right for my room. Best Buy does not need a receipt. They just scan the box. The returns were non judgemental and seamless. I bought my TV here last year. I would recommend Best Buy to everyone.

Absolutely love Best Buy! I really enjoy looking for the latest in home automation - which is why I came in today! Anyway, the greater is always helpful and points me into the right direction of the store for the products that I need!

This is my go to store. Very good at having items ready on time and people are very helpful. Other than that, what can I say? It's another BestBuy.

I bought a TV that wouldn't fit in my car. Of course, I found out too late (when I went to pick it up). A manager saw me in my struggle, grabbed a van and delivered the TV to my place. 100% above and beyond service. Plain and simple.

After our washer took its last spin we had to face the reality of appliance shopping. Three other local stores were not helpful. We had purchased electronic products from Best Buy but never appliances. We were so glad we did. They were so helpful and explained everything. We didn't feel like it was a hard sell, since the person who helped us was not on commission. We just got the facts. Set up and haul away was easy and efficient. We have peace of mind with the Geek Squad extended warranty. Really like my new washer and dryer!!

They took my return even though it was over the date to return. Great dealing with the Manager. He understood my situation and didn't want to lose a valued customer.

Associates were very helpful and courteous. The store was well kept and everything seemed to be in stock.

Michelle in the phone dept. went over and above for me. I went to AT&T and spent hours trying to buy a phone only to be frustrated by poor customer service. The only good thing AT&T did for me was tell me to go to Best Buy if I wanted help, thank you again AT&T. Michelle your grade A!!

I normally would not write a review of Best Buy but feel compelled to because I had a such an easy and streamlined purchase. I went in for a monitor and Mac keyboard and trackpad and the man working in the computer section (on July 30th around noon) was super efficient at looking things up that were in stock and then checked me out right at the desk. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

We are just beginning to shop for a new computer for my son, so we didn't buy anything but in the 20ish minutes we were in the store we were greeted, asked if we needed help twice and thanked for coming in. Once we decide on which computer system to go with we'll definitely go back to get it here.

I would like to think Tristan he was a rock star and helped me get my items really fast.
