As a REALTOR I am always looking for the best contractors for myself and my clients. Jake is the one I can confidently refer to my clients and fellow agents every single time! Jake has the best crews and he is honest and reliable! Jake is diligent in working with the insurance companies and is always there, looking out for your best interest. I can't say enough about my experiences with Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing!

Bold Brothers Roofing was terrific to work with. They coordinated and streamlined the 3-party conversation and paperwork among our homeowners' insurance provider, us (the homeowners), and themselves and did an excellent job on our roof/gutter/downspout replacement. Jake Seibold and Sara Seibold were very well organized and very good at communication, follow-up, and quality control and always exhibited a positive and courteous attitude. We appreciate their diligence and how it made the process so much easier.

This year (2023) a plethora of hailstorms and heavy winds struck the Colorado foothills which lead me and many of my neighbors to search for a roof repair company. As a new homeowner I did not know the process and needed to ensure whoever I worked with was someone I could trust. I can honestly say that this was an incredibly positive experience and this is a company you can trust. Jake helped walk me through every step of the insurance claim process and fought relentlessly (I mean truly fought for this claim) to get my roof replacement approved. Once approved, Jake made sure that the new roof materials matched my current home, that the new roof materials were hail-rated, and that the roof replacement would be completed as soon as possible. I can now trust that my roof will withstand any additional storms without causing internal damage to my home. I highly recommend this company for any roof repair/ replacement needs.

If I can describe Bold Brothers Roofing in one word it's "Excellence". Jake has always been there since day 1 to help us with getting our Roof and Gutter replace to the last day of city Inspection. Communication with Jake at "Bold Brothers Roofing" is top notch, he always there to answer my text/call and I'm sure i bug him a little to much with my questions/concern but he always answer them promptly. Not only does our Roof and Gutter looks so beautiful but the way Jake handle customer service is above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone I knows. An outstanding experience start to finish. Project Manager, Jake Seibold, was ever present. He made the process nearly seamless between us and our insurer while keeping involved rooftop with the installation crew on a regular basis over the 2 1/2 day process. A couple of minor hiccups along the way were quickly remedied by Jake. I would highly recommend Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing for your roof replacement.

Dameion Cowan was amazing to work with after the horrible hail storm in Brush! Dameion and I actually used to go to school together so it was nice to have a familiar face to walk my husband and I through the steps for a new roof and gutters. Sarah Seibold has been an amazing contact for us regarding questions and handling the insurance company as well. The work that Bold Brothers did on my roof and gutters was great quality work! So glad we went with this company. Hopefully we will not need another roof anytime soon but if we do I definitely will be going through Bold Brothers again.

Bold Brothers were our choice for fixing our roof. Our roof was smoked in May, and the very experienced and friendly Jake Seibold was the man! He helped us every step of the way. Very friendly and professional. We'll probabily miss having him around :)

Can’t say enough great things about Jake and Bold Brothers roofing. I had some water intrusion from my roof following the recent storms. Jake came out and inspected the roof. He found that the roof was in good shape, except for the area of leak. He repaired the area on the spot! Very thankful for his professional and honest assessment and expertise! Thanks Jake! When it comes time to replace my roof, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Jake worked with the insurance company, took care of all of their and our needs, coming to a successful outcome on our behalf. All work done on our roof was not only done on time but at the highest quality. We never felt the need to worry about anything during the whole process. All charges was explained to us by Sara in a professional manner. I would recommend Bold Brothers Roofing as a great experience.

In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom. We began by contacting Bold Brothers Roofing since they had just finished replacing a roof across the street and our neighbors were very pleased. Jake came out, inspected our roof, took photographs and explained in great detail why a new roof was necessary. Can’t say enough good things about Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing. After agreeing to replace our roof, Jake pretty much took it from there. He met with our home insurance adjuster on-site, helped us pick out a new roof (more difficult than I ever would have thought) and completely oversaw the entire roof installation process. Every step went smoothly, thanks to Jake. The crew that installed the roof from Bold Brothers was very professional, competent, and friendly. When the crew left at the end of day, you could not tell that a new roof was installed; no scrap of roofing material was left in our yard. Thanks again, Jake!

I just had Scott and Chris stop by to look at my roof. They gave me, I felt an honest opinion and even fixed a problem they saw right away without charging. I will certainly use them should the need arise, but they left without making me feel any pressure or urgent need to have the roof replaced. They also pointed out things that other professionals may need to look at, like a cracked flue. Thanks guys for being courteous and efficient!.

Bold Brothers Roofing came highly recommended by our next door neighbors. Jake was fantastic at checking out our roof and letting us know exactly what we needed due to hail damage. We were in a time crunch due to moving and they were great working with us on an accelerated time table. Jake and Sara were both fantastic in dealing with our insurance company and letting us know the process each step of the way. The end product and quality of work were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Bold Brothers Roofing and would choose them again if needed.

In a world of shady and questionable roofing companies, Bold Brothers is a standout - could not be more pleased with them. Locally based, they are honest, responsive, ethical and go above and beyond. Highly recommended!
After the two 85+ mph windstorms in late December, several of my neighbors reported wind damage. Jake and his crew from Bold Brothers came out and did a thorough inspection. They told me we did not need to file an insurance claim, and that our roof was in good shape. In fact - they glued down a couple shingles as a bonus.
It would have been easy to report a damaged roof, but they took the ethical path and saved me money and time. For all of my roofing needs from now on, I will work with Bold Brothers. 5 Stars!

Several of our neighbors have had their roofs repaired using Bold Brothers. We decided that we should have our roof inspected and called Bold Brothers. Jake arrived on time, inspected our roof and told us that we had 'the best roof he had seen in our neighborhood'. Nothing needed to be done. But he did go back up and caulk some nails at no charge. We definitely recommend these guys.

I will absolutely do business with Bold Brothers Roofing again if I need anything related to my roof. The team was responsive, professional, and cost effective. Great team here, would absolutely recommend!

I had them replace my roof in 2018.....did a nice job. Professional, made some recommendations, worked out fine. Latest hail storm July 2023 came back out...inspected....recommended not replacing. They could have tried to scam me and suggest a re-roof to get some business. Was upfront. Also corraborated what another roofer had suggested a week earlier so I knew they were being honest. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Let me start by saying I can recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations!
We became aware of roof problems after some drywall on our ceiling fell off. We contacted our insurance company who sent a contractor to evaluate the roof. The roof was damaged, but the insurance company claimed it was old damage and thus would not cover it. We had an insurance claim on the roof in 2017 after a storm in which probably 80% of the house in our neighborhood got new roofs, but insurance said we didn't need a new roof and only paid for a few siding and screen damages. We contacted Bold Brothers and Jake Siebold came out to take a look. He agreed there was old damage, but thought it could have occurred in 2017. He advised us on strategy for dealing with the insurance company. We appealed to the insurance company, and they sent a another contractor (a "forensic engineer") who inspected the roof and agreed that the damage was old. After addition appeals to the insurance, they agreed to re-open our 2017 claim and buy us a new roof. Throughout this process, Jake was tremendously supportive and held our hands throughout this whole process, kept in close touch and also dealt with the insurance company. Once we had the go ahead from insurance, Bold Brothers was able to quickly schedule the job and completed the roof replacement in 1 day (excepts for gutters, which occurred a few days later). We also received a few new attic vents and soffit vents. The crew cleaned up after themselves very throughly. Jake followed up with inspections and personal contact. The new roof looks great and the work was well done.
I have no doubt that without Jake and Bold Brother's effort we would not have succeeded in getting the insurance company to honor our claim. I recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations - a rarity for me!

A neighbor's tree fell on a portion of our roof. I researched roofers and decided on Bold Brothers Roofing, and I'm glad I did. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, taking time to explain any time I had questions.

My insurance company fought tooth and nail to pay out as little as they possibly could, but luckily I had a strong advocate in Jake. He worked on my behalf and eventually got the insurance company to pay out what the job would actually cost. I'm certain if I had been dealing with them by myself I would have ended up paying a significant amount out of pocket.

Even though I had a small job - just a section of my roof, I always felt as important to Bold Brothers as any other customer, even ones with much bigger, more lucrative jobs. Their professionalism, quick response times, and excellent quality work guarantee that the next time I have a roofing issue I will definitely be working with Bold Brothers Roofing. Our 30 year old home in Arvada need the roof and gutters replaced; water was pooling and leaking into our interior. Jake was our guy, he came over worked with the inspector and got us the most out of our insurance company. Jake worked with the insurance to continuously follow up and keep them committed to paying the full amount and depreciation. The work was quality and went pretty quickly as well. Bold Brothers is a great local business, family owned, and I highly recommend using them for any roof or gutter damage repair!
