We use SW Lock and Safe for our commercial properties and they have gone above and beyond. Super nice guys!

Southwest sent their man out this morning and he figured out our problem why all the keys we have had made at other places wouldn't work for our back door. Now they all work .

Southwest Lock and Safe installed new hardware on our front door and we were very pleased with their service and competence. They were very knowledgable, responsive, and timely in their work and we are very pleased with the operation and appearance of the new Schlage lock/handle on our front door.

After mistakenly going to a national chain hardware store to have new car keys cut and they screwing it up, ruining the new keys, I took my newer set to Southwest where they cut the keys correctly and even lubed the car door lock so it would work better. All for 1/5 the price I paid at the hardware store and it took only a few minutes. I love these guys.

These guys go above and beyond every time I call them. i’ve had them work at my home and business numerous times whether it be re pinning my locks or upgrading my security hardware this is the company to call. i have these multiple locking bolt doors on my home that weren’t locking properly and after receiving several estimates to completely replace the doors i had southwest look at them and the technician had all 4 repaired and working good as new in under 2 hours saving me thousands of dollars in the process! honest and fair prices, knowledgeable service, and thorough workmanship is what I’ve come to expect when i call southwest and i couldn’t be happier. thank you!

I explored several lock companies to change over the hardware on my 10 exterior doors in my home. The companies all refused to make an in-person visit and instead wanted me to send them pics of all of my doors. I was given the name of Southwest Lock and Safe and to my delight, they wanted to send out an expert (Chris Loveall) to see the project and give me an estimate. When I wanted to ensure that the style and color of the hardware was correct, Shea (the owner) sent out Triston to bring me samples. Chris and Triston then came out and did a GREAT job installing all the hardware and locks. And, due to COVID-19, they wore masks that covered both their nose and mouth. I am SO grateful for this company’s fabulous customer service and a job well done! THANK YOU

Great place. They copy keys for me and made keys for a couple lock cylinders that I had lost the keys too.

I have a key that is very difficult to find and reproduce. He had to order the key but he got er done. Also stayed open late for me.

Walked in and had 3 keys made in less than 5 minutes.
