Verde Boulder

Stopped in on a friend’s recommendation and Verde lived up to the hype. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, really good tacos with fresh ingredients and fast service. How can you go wrong there? I’ll definitely stop back again when I’m close!

We loved the decor and the food was amazing. They had a meat of the day which was a Sweet pulled pork and my hubby got it in his enchiladas which he loved. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The dessert waffle was sooo good! Definitely recommend!

Where to start?! Seth is great, he served my husband and I today when we stopped in. Great margaritas & ranch waters! Guac is on point and it’s served with warm tortilla chips, spicy chicken tacos are exactly as described.. SPICY, but delicious. We were impressed & will be back next time we are around, the lime rice was so good too! Thanks for the great service and food!

Oh, this place is five stars in every category. If you doubt me in anyway, go there and order anything off the menu and I personally guarantee you it will be delivered within 4 to 5 minutes. I don’t even understand how they cook it that fast. They must be trained by aliens from outer space with advanced technology because I swear I’ve never seen food delivered so fast piping hot and absolutely perfect. I also really like how they give you, a bunch of sides for your fajitas. Big cup of sour cream, big cup of guacamole and a big cup of green chili sauce. All very good. A huge pile of lettuce and a huge pile of cheese as well and when I asked for hot sauce they brought me some homemade creamy really spicy stuff that I wanted to leave with a bottle of. I forgot to ask for some but next visit I’ll be sure to see if I can buy some of that.

The salsas, rice & bean are delicious here. All the meats are very well seasoned. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been great. This is the birria taco plate which was a special. Also a chicken taco & the calabacitas (roasted veggies).

Chips and salsa - gotta pay for them. Very tasty salsas, complex flavors in each one. They give you a large bag of warm homemade chips that makes it easy to take home extras.

Great food, I recommend the sprouts! Lots of seating and the tacos are amazing! The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are single stall so you might have to wait, but not long.

The first time I went, I didn't go in, because the outside is ugly, honestly, and environment is super important to me. BUT, this time I gave it a shot, and the environment is great, the staff were super nice and easy going. Best yet, the food was amazing! I had 3 tacos, corn tortillas #glutenfree, and chips with salsa and guacamole. Turns out you get your own bag of chips when you order!

Generous portions, delicious food, plenty of variety, and quick service: If you're in the mood for fajitas or tacos, there isn't a better place in Boulder.

Unbelievable experience. The place was clean, great music selection and we enjoyed immediate seating. The ambiance is hip and fresh. Our food was outstanding. I munched on the nachos which were ample, bursting with flavor and filling! My partner for the tacos and was very impressed with the creativity and attention given to preparing the food. Very fresh and big on flavor.
Will definitely be back!!!!

Update - Take out was nothing short of amazing. This place is amazing and hope to see more locations. 10 stars for me.

Original - Took my kids here for dinner tonight. At first our server seemed unpleased. Ordered our food, nachos and quesadillas for the kids, I got 2 shrimp and 1 carne asada taco with chips and salsa as an appetizer. Service and wait for food was prompt! Food was excellent, as well as the service! Don't forget to grab a margarita, delicious! Thank you for a great experience! Will be back!

I don't think I've ever wanted to take a picture of my food before, but I finally understood the impulse. It tastes even better than it looks! The tacos made me make happy-moaning sounds, they were so good. The chicken taco and coconut citrus, especially. The staff was great, the atmosphere is cool, the music was good... I'll definitely come back. And the prices are reasonable!

It's ironic that my past review was, "Big servings for price" and I got served (in the picture) a measley portion.

Drinks were great as always (for now) but food was hit and miss

Excellent food with good portion sizes, large burrito and tacos. I also like that the chips and salsa was provided as with a bag of chips that we could take home.

Super nice server, simple yet welcoming surroundings and plenty of complex interesting flavors. We came in late for a quick bite before going to bed and were treated very well despite being close to closing time.

Very good food with lots of options. Service was quick and the portions were sizable. They are corn tortillas by default, which is great for avoiding gluten. The server was very knowledgeable and double checked ingredients which was appreciated.
