I always love to stop in when I am near by the Wexford store. The staff is wonderful! They know their products and they always have updates on events and products in the works for things that they know their customers are interested in.

Every time I come into town from Florida I always stop in to see Tim and buy at least one pair of shoes. They have a great selection and they are always very helpful. Keep up the good work! See you again soon

We were in a line to get our feet scanned and get insoles and it went up to closing time, Rather than tell us to come back another time, the manager Tim stayed late, got us scanned and got new shoes tested. He wasn't pushy or rushing us at all. It was an exemplary service way above and beyond.

I stopped in to the New Balance shoe store to find myself a couple of good pairs of shoes to wear! After visiting some of the discount shoe stores and being disappointed, I knew that I had to go here. I must say I found exactly what I was looking for, the service was great. The person that was helping me fitted my shoes perfectly and I ended up buying two pairs! So if you're looking for a good pair of New Balance shoes that are for the greatest support that you could ever want with your walking or running, then go to the Waterfront and visit the store!

Had an amazing experience here. Went in just to look around and walked out with some amazing new shoes and sole inserts. The staff was so helpful. Will recommend to our friends and family.

Pricey but I have special needs feet. And if the shoes give me any problems later I can take them in for adjustments. That makes pricey worth it. Friendly & knowledgeable staff who genuinely take care if you. They don't loose patience with fussy old me😊. I highly recommend New Balance.
