My friend and I were in the store for quite awhile trying to find outfits for her engagement photos. JJ was working and she’s absolutely wonderful. She gave her opinion on outfits (which mattered to us), she went out of her way to help us with anything we needed, plus we had great conversations the whole time. Windsor is lucky to have someone so personable and genuinely helpful working for them. She’s a great asset!

I was just in there with my daughter shopping for homecoming dresses. Cheyenne approached us and asked if we needed any help and was an absolute sweetheart. She was so helpful and very personable. If you go to South Hills Village Windsor ask for Cheyenne!

My friend and I went in yesterday 07/16/23. I got 2 dresses and had the absolute best experience. Cheyenne (at the south hills village mall Windsor) was absolutely a sweetheart! She talked with me up until I left, tried to help me find shoes to go with my dresses. She was just absolutely amazing! I hope to see her next time I go!

Went there yesterday- love the selection they have. Cheyenne was absolutely fantastic. She looked at me and said "I have a dress that would look great on you" - and it did- needed a dress for a wedding - I bought it and she found shoes for me also. I will certainly go back to that store (South Hills) for my future shopping.

This was my first time going into the store and I had an amazing experience with the store manager Jeaneen. There were amazing sales going on and she told me all about it. A first impression really goes a long way and she made mine so great. The store was very nice, clean, and organized. I was asking about finding a dress for my college formal and she told me to go online and look at the selection there too. She is amazing and talks to you like your a friend. I will definitely be back just because of the experience with her. Amazing store, amazing quality of clothing, and amazing store manager. Thank you Jeaneen!

Got just what I needed for my birthday dinner & Cheyenne was so kind and helpful at checkout!! She wished me a happy birthday and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident for my night!! She made me so glad I went to Windsor to shop!

Had a great experience at the Windsor store in South Hills Village today. Store is well-organized by colors and vibes and the employees are so friendly and attentive! Jen and Cheyenne assisted me during my time there and were happy to retrieve sizes for me ad I was in thd fitting room and help navigate the styles and sale offerings.

Usually Windsor stores are very intimidating and you don’t feel very welcomed in them. I often avoid it but needed some clothes for a few concerts and knew they’d have the best selection so I came to the South Hills Village Windsor. Naomi was so kind! And whoever was working with her I didn’t get the name was also so so sweet! I got all kinds of compliments, was checked on, but most importantly I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable like I usually do! Store was also organized and clean!

Sara, Cheyenne, and Christina were so very helpful and sweet! These three girls really made our visit worthwhile! Sara convinced me to try on a blue dress and majorly hyped me up which was such a huge confidence boost! They were so nice to my friend as well! MAJOR props to Christina, Sara, and Cheyenne!!!

Jen and Cheyenne were both great store employees who helped me find the perfect white dress! So kind and positive. Thanks to you both!

Very helpful and sweetest staff!!! We had a girl named JJ help us in finding dresses. Being the same body size, she made me feel very comfortable and confident in all of the dresses I tried on. I found the cutest little white dress to wear at graduation and an orange romper for perfect for summer time!

My daughter and I have been shopping for dresses at Windsor in South Hills village for years and it’s always a pleasure to work with the salespeople there! This last time for a graduation dress and prom dress that Josalyn was so helpful with 👗

I have went there multiple times especially durin and after my pregnancy since I was switching sizes like crazy. The ladies there are all so helpful and helped me with bringing suggested pants and accessories that would fit me well. It is hard getting a new wardrobe when you change sizes and they made it so much less stressful.
