Upon entering (go through the back door, not the front) we were seating at a nice 2-seat table at the front of the bar area with a view outside. Kristen greeted us and took our food and drink orders. We enjoyed sharing a muenster burger with sidewinder fries. Very large portion...just enough for both of us. My husband had a Shoo Fly Pie porter and I had a strawberry Russian. Excellent food and service. Thank you all!

The burgers are so fresh & delicious. The fries were really good, too. I was very full when I left. Friendly, fun & knowledgeable service from the host to the waiters. Such a cool vibe/atmosphere. Can't wait to go back & try the jumbo wings & other entrees as well.

Great food overall. Large portions for a good price. Considering it's a tourist town we found the food and service both very good. Had a cheese steak, burgers, soups and chicken tenders. Burgers were good I would recommend the double 4oz smash style over the 8 oz single, the chicken tenders were hand breaded very lightly and tastes great. The lobster bisque and french onion were both good.

This restaurant in downtown Gettysburg is excellent for burgers and brews. Its close proximity to the square makes it a great spot to stop and grab a bite to eat. They even adapted my Cheese Burger Sub to fit the KETO Lifestyle by taking away the roll, making it a delicious and healthy option 😋

I came here with 11 people on a work trip. They seated us a 3 different tables near each other. I decided on the chicken parm sandwich and it was delicious! The fries were unusual and so good! We had the BEST waitress!! I would definitely come back to eat here again!

The Gettysburger Company in Gettysburg created a Mushroom Swiss burger like no other. The atmosphere was cool and open, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The menu was quite abundant and diverse, too, with lots of booze and beer options. A must try.

Great burgers! Friendly service and many top shelf liquor! Hubby got the farmer burger, amazing! I did the party melt on rye. Excellent. Each burger was cooked perfectly! Lobster bisque was soup of the day. It was delicious! A must stop if you're visiting Gettysburg!

The Gettysburger has ruined every other burger restaurant experience for me because none will ever compare! i have worked endless restaurants in my past, including many upscale, some regular chains, and steakhouses, too. Their burgers couldn't touch The Gettysburger's with a 10-ft. pole. The GB burgers have an amazingly authentic backyard taste - but unlike when you cook it, theirs is absolutely perfect. Two things stand out most: the freshness of the ground beef, and the perfect level of seasoning. It's gotta be there, but it's not too much, barely enough to discern, and definitely not enough to detract. Kinda like the liquefied carrot and sugar in a good marinara sauce. You might not detect it easily, but if they forgot it, you'd know something was missing. The beer list is fantastic, representing many great, independent breweries in the greater tristate area (PA-VA-MD-DE). And the service is excellent. On my last Gettysburg trip, Jen was my server on the first visit, and Bri, the bartender, waited on me on the second visit; both were very friendly, attentive, and accomodating. And JAELIN, the host, was refreshingly proper and professional, big ups to him! Such a courteous and polite young fella.

DON'T SKIP THIS PLACE! It's a requisite stop when in town, you will NOT regret it!

Stopped here while coming back from an event with family. There were 7 of us, so we did have to wait a bit on a Saturday afternoon. Atmosphere was cozy, decorated for fall. Had a great drink, an Italian surfer at the bar while waiting. The host was extremely pleasant and kept us up-to-date on the status of our table. Once we were seated, we were greeted by an awesome waiter. He was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed it. Parking is on the street, pay meters or side streets. It was a great first-time experience, and we will return. Nice stop in Gettysburg.

A great place to grab a burger in downtown Gettysburg. The Gettysburger Company offers delicious hand made burgers with a wide variety of condiments to make a sandwich to your liking. The service was great and the wait time for lunch on the weekend we visited was very short- about 15 minutes. We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and the food was fantastic.

Phenomenal burgers and fries. You have to try the Apple Burger, it’s one of the best I’ve ever tried. The Farmer Burger was also great.

Nice place for a burger. Our server William was awesome. If you like fresh burgers this is the place in Gettysburg.

This place is amazing!!! Four of us ordered different items... each delicious!!!! Whiskey options cover two full pages, small print, Brew options were plenty, and our selective we wonderful! Burgers were absolutely wonderful!!! Wish we had room for dessert!

We found this restaurant on Bring Fido and it did not disappoint! The food was DELICIOUS, the service was great, all of the staff was so kind and friendly, and our pup really enjoyed the dog menu and attention. Annie was our server and she was the best server we’ve had anywhere. When we arrived, she even brought out a big bowl of water for our pup with our drinks. Quick service and we were so pleased with everything. She even gave us suggestions on some more dog friendly activities in the area. So happy we found this place!

We came here when they first opened and there were some issues, so we let some time pass. Decided to try it again last week and then this week, and both meals were absolutely delicious. The first time I had the farmer's burger, which was perfectly cooked, with the sidewinder fries. Today I had the most beautiful, delicious salad. The service was also spectacular. We will definitely be back.

I can not put in enough words have wonderful of experience I had this past Saturday going here! I went with my better half, and my mom. We had Brad as our serve and his humor was there! We couldn't stop laughing, he was very witty! He went out of his way to look for this beer I wanted to try, and made it happen! The food there was some of the best we have had in a while! I got the apple burger, hands down the best! Every previous time I have been there it's been a blast. But this past time we were extra thankful for the experience we had. The atmosphere there is always fun, up beat, and welcoming. If you haven't made the time to go here, YOU are missing out. There is no restaurant quiet like this anywhere else.

What an amazing experience! After finishing a walk with our puppy, my boyfriend and I were looking for a place we could eat that was dog friendly. And wow!!! The food was so so good, my boyfriend got the Farmers Burger, and I got the Apple Burger (best burger I’ve ever had!!) and our puppy got to enjoy a burger off the dog menu! The service was also so welcoming and friendly. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Was there on a Wednesday, they opened up just for the Gettysburg beer runners. They have a nice outdoor deck that I didn’t even know it was there. Didn’t try the food, but they had 8 taps and a full bar out on the patio.

Superb burger! Was in a good spot downtown and it didn't take too long to be seated. The meal was great, especially the sidewinder fries which I had never had. The dessert was huge and delicious! The waitress was very accommodating, and it was an overall pleasant experience. One of the better burgers I've had, too. They also had a good selection of gluten-free options. Would definitely recommend.

Oh my! This is our second time here and they didn’t disappoint as usual. This time I got the Gettysburger and my husband got “The Elvis Burger”. Mine was super delicious, but his was something else! No way in this world did I ever think that “warm peanut butter, a fried egg, and sautéed bananas would ever be good on a burger, but that was super delicious. Too sad it’s only once a yr. Trust me, go get one!
