The Parkway Cafe

This is the bar to go to before a Nuggets game! That you have to call ahead and make reservations, or you’ll never get a table it was packed every table packed! Beers were like nine bucks but they were selling them right at the door so you could grab one and sit down. It was pretty cool good atmosphere lots of happy people great place to go before the Nuggets game.

I have been to The Parkway Cafe from time to time. Mostly for branch but this time it was a quick lunch. It is a hidden gem and the regulars are mostly local. It is normally very busy over the weekend but you can always park your car along the road. Foods are always fresh and tasty with decent amount. Price is very reasonable. I never had any bad experiences there.

Absolute gem, this little breakfast spot is a home run. I ordered the chilaquiles and it really hit the spot. Hearty, crunchy, fresh, and generous portion sizes. Could not recommend more. The service is also excellent, with constant coffee refills and hospitality. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items.

Great breakfast spot. There was no line when we got there on a Saturday morning (rare for Boulder) and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was awesome and loved the mix of classic breakfasts and Mexican options. Pancakes were HUGE and really tasty. Breakfast enchiladas were well worth it and we will be back to try more.

The food I shared in the photo was like $10. They don’t skimp you on portions at all, hash browns are incredible, great service, great food. It doesn’t get better in boulder.

I am writing this as I am finishing eating, this is my first time here and I am so blown away with how good the food is. With how fast and courteous the the service was, the food came out super quickly and was fresh and delicious.
They left a good amount of room for the obscene amount of creamer I use in my coffee and the Mexican hot chocolate was like going back to Southern California especially with the fresh churros and the nachos.
Healthy portions and just over all good food, if I lived closer to boulder id be here all the time. Especially if you want very good Mexican food!

Everything was amazing! The Chicharrones were still crackling when they arrived at the table. My alambre was so good I came back 2 days later to have it again. Both times we went everyone loved their order. Beyond the tasty food, everyone was nice and helpful, while the food came out in a timely manner. Next time I'm in Boulder I will go here again.

Parkway cafe is one of the most authentic places in Boulder. Wonderful people, service is always great, food never disappoints, plus their prices are very reasonable. We go there almost every other day for last 1.5 year, it gives a cozy home-like vibe. Highly recommended!!!

If you go while it's busy the service gets understandably slower, have to call over waiter to get my coffee. Food is great, love the clamor, feels like a small town cafe, see people greeting the waiters and such. Pancakes are amazing. They have "dollar" pancakes, these are regular sizes pancakes! Delicious and reheats well.

Nice spot! An unconventional location, but the inside feels homey, and the food was both plentiful and delicious! I was really happy with my croissant sandwich. I plan to come back.

This is our third time coming here and each time has been a great experience. We came around 9:30 on a Sunday morning and it looked to be a long wait. We asked about putting our names in and were told they don't take names, you just wait for your turn, and that it's worked for 40 years. They were right. In less than 5 minutes we were seated. Our server was efficient, friendly, and attentive. The coffee was fresh and hot as were the entrees. The food was well prepared with some good standbys along with a few intriguing twists, like an egg dish with cactus. Thecportions are generous and the cost is reasonable. We were in and out in an hour quite happy and content.

I have visited two times and will definitely be going back. Service was quick and efficient. I had pancakes both visits and they were delicious. Lively, casual atmosphere. Everything you want for a quick breakfast.

I had Boulder Omelette with fruit cup and grits sides for breakfast. Delicious with fresh ingredients & big portion for $12. I wasn't able to finish it.

Long time boulder restaurant still serving up good food for a reasonable price.

Great all-American diner with great authentic Mexican. I was surprised at first to see all the Mexican food at a dinner. But... the regular diner food is good, but the Mexican is excellent for the price. Parkway has become my go-to for breakfast burritos, green chilli, and carnitas tacos. Best bang for buck in boulder hands down. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A must try.

I often dine at The Parkway Café, and it is always an enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was exceptional. They offer both classic comfort food and delicious Mexican cuisine. I started with their heavenly French toast and freshly brewed coffee. The prices were reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise in Boulder. Additionally, the location away from downtown's tourist crowd created a peaceful atmosphere. The menu had a great variety, from burgers to Mexican entrees. The friendly staff added to the overall charm, making it perfect for lunch with friends, a quick breakfast, or a family dinner. The Parkway Café is Boulder's hidden gem, and I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic customer service, Delicious food. Highly recommend, we cannot leave enough Kudos. We had breakfast and immediately after were already planning our next meal here. All waitstaff were curteous, prompt, and masked (for the covid times), and knowledgeable about the various aspects of the food they were serving. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, the portion sizes were more than adequate but not overly huge. Ingredients seemed to be very fresh, you could taste the different flavors blending in everything (the chilis and onions in the perfectly fluffy eggs of the enchilladas were distinct but not overly powerful or spicy, the red sauce mild but flavorful with every bite). Pretty sure the bread was homemade, too. Nothing was greasy, not even the side of cornedbeef hash. The menu had various options to customize almost every aspect of every meal, from vegetarian to vegan and gluten free options.

Very good! The parkway potatoes are delicious and so are the omlettes. They also offer horchata, which I adore.

The staff are great, although they can seem quite rushed. The prices are fair and the food comes quick. If you arrive early enough, they have a nice early bird special.
