Wow, above and beyond service! Had an issue with the appearance of one of the panels of a TV stand. Owner personally followed up with me by text on solution options from factory. It wasn't even a high-dollar product. In the end, sent an entire replacement stand! That's an unbelievable amount of product support from an online purchase. Highly Recommended!

Cary was wonderful to work with! I called from Albuquerque and he helped me get an adjustable bed frame and mattress delivered to my aunt’s new assisted living apartment in the Boulder area. We had very little time to get a bed, and to make our timeline he personally came out to deliver it! He truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful. And my aunt loves her new bed! WOW— We'd give Boulder Furniture & Mattress 10 stars if the limit wasn't 5. SHORT STORY: We were looking for a couch+mattress, we shopped at multiple stores in a 50 mile radius of Boulder. Boulder Furniture & Mattress & our experience w/ the owner, Cary, was 1000x better than any other furniture store/salesperson. Don't bother going to big warehouse/big box furniture/department store for your furniture needs— go to Boulder Furniture & Mattress.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Cary, the owner, is a hardworking family-oriented fellow.. friendly, laid back, full of knowledge... best sales experience we've had BY FAR. Cary has an incredible memory (he remembered both of our names more than a week later after we had only met him once!) & took every nuance we asked for into account while advising us. He offered several deals that other stores w/ the same pieces didn't offer, & really just knows his stuff far better than store in the vicinity. He lets you do your thing while shopping, isn't overbearing at all, but has thorough knowledge of various pieces of furniture & the industry (accumulated over the past 15+ years). My boyfriend & I debated extensively about pros & cons of each item—Cary was there to offer insight when we asked, knew intuitively when the perfect time to take it upon himself to offer his insight was, & really made you feel like he cared more about informing his customers than "closing a deal". Absolutely no pressure working with Cary, only a pleasurable, high-quality experience. Cary reminded us of the art of sales "back-in-the-day", before large corporations/mass production, when business owners really took pride in & specialized in the craft/products.

MATTRESS: Got the most comfortable mattress we've ever had in our lives at BF&M; it has CURED insomnia for both of us—we now sleep a solid 8 hrs & have zero problems falling asleep, whereas before we both tossed & turned all night. We've had the new mattress for 2 months now; it continues to feel like heaven. We went to several other mattress stores looking for the best mattress, but the mattresses that Cary had were the most comfortable by FAR.This is surprising, as BF&M is smaller than the huge warehouses we went to. But it just goes to show that Cary only picks the highest quality products, discerning only the best for his customers.

COUCH (pictured): We were also looking for a couch (sectional), aiming for a few notches above IKEA in price/quality (something that would last). BF&M has a wide selection of high-quality couches/sofas available, w/ plenty of fabric/leather swatches in-store to compare. We were very particular about our couch, so we kept changing what we wanted. Cary calculated the price differences quickly & didn't mind us asking for a million clarifications at all (in contrast to the other stores we went to where price calculations took a painstakingly long time, to the point where you dared not even ask, not wanting to sit there waiting for eternity each time). We finally went with an American Leather brand couch— MODESTLY priced for what we got! Cary was able to deliver it 3 MONTHS FASTER than another big-box store that we looked at for the same couch!!! He also gave us 10% off, whereas we asked other stores about discounts & they didn't even bother to try to throw in a deal. Cary knows his suppliers very well, so he always knows what kinds of sales they're offering & is thus able to offer those sales to his customers. Couch arrived in 5 weeks & it is SO COOL! It's also so comfy!

DELIVERY for the mattress/couch (separately) were both right on time. Deliverers couldn't have been any nicer!

At other stores we went to, the sales personnel are just trying to make commission off of you. Many were impatient, rude, didn't have thorough knowledge of their items. AND the same products were more expensive/took longer to arrive! We constantly felt pressured & uncomfortable. With BF&M, you get the exact opposite— a deluxe safe-haven for furniture shopping w/ Cary!

I had the pleasure of ordering some bedroom furniture from Boulder Furniture & matress! It was so easy and they worked awesome with my tight schedule!! I had a professional organizer that was on a schedule for my teenagers all new furniture and organized room. Boulder were great and everything came on time and in perfect condition! Boulder Furniture and Mattress is the best furniture store I have ever been to. The quality of the products they sell is unsurpassed, with impeccable taste. On top of that, the customer experience and service is simply amazing. I ordered a very expensive leather custom couch arrangement, and there was a bit of miscommunication and the wrong couch arrived. Amazingly, this was NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. They simply ordered another custom couch, and even let me keep the incorrect one until it arrived! Free of charge, no stocking fee, and never ANY hesitation! I really could not believe the level of service, without blame, or complaint. I am a Boulder Furniture and Mattress customer for life. My house looks awesome, and is super comfortable because of them!

Fantastic mattress store! We were shopping for a mattress and tried Ikea and American Furniture Warehouse. We found this to be much better. The showroom had plenty of mattresses to try for firmness. The owner explained the subtle differences. The mattresses were way better than Ikea. The service and options were way better than AFW. The mattress was delivered to our house. They also disposed of the old mattress. Pricing was very fair and no petty add on fees. Highest recommendation.

This privately owned business is like working with family. When purchasing my first bed as an adult they where kind, understanding when I felt nervous about the steepness of the price, and supportive, they totally worked with me in helping me make the best decision I could. I purchased an all organic savvy rest mattress and my sleeping has improved tremendously (I’ve only had this bed for ten day, but I really think its perfect!).
