Today I stop by and got the fastest bombest sandwich I’ve ever had from jimmy John’s I was literally in and out of there in less then 3 minutes excellent team here.

I manage a business down the street from this jimmy johns and my entire staff eats there at least once a week. They are always fast and the food is good

I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John’s online app, hoping to get it “freaky fast” as they claim. However, when I arrived at the store, my order was still not ready, and I had to wait. What is the purpose of wasting my time with the app? The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they blamed me for being frustrated. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the delay. The sandwich was mediocre and not worth the hassle. I will not order from Jimmy John’s again and I do not recommend them to anyone who values their Time and Money. I should say, every time I order online, when I arrive at the store sometime later my food is not ready. The boulder Jimmy John's is very freaky slow.

I order from this JJ's a lot. like WAY too much... I do it because they're close and inexpensive, but also, this store rocks. Most of the time, they're "Freaky Fast", but if they're not, I know they're busy- life happens, that's all good!
In the past 8 months of regular ordering, (like multiple times a week), I might have had one or two issues, ever, and the drivers and managers are ALWAYS super cool, helplful, and accommodating.
Regardless of what's goin on, though, I want to give a shout-out to this JJ's crew and Thank you all for everything you do! I know it's the little things, but when it's my lunch, that's important to me, and this team does all the stuff right to make sure I"m always gonna be ordering with them :-)

When they say Freaky Fast, they mean it. My sandwich is being handed to me before I finish paying. It's also a great sandwich. People are always super nice too.

I order from this location a lot for my lunch at work. I know my coworkers like to order pick-up here a lot too, and have always said the service was great. For me, the delivery folks are always really nice. There's one particular delivery guy (who unfortunately I don't know the name of) that takes his deliveries on his bike and who is incredibly nice and always arrives quickly. I'm actually really impressed how quickly he gets here riding his bike!

Today my order was delivered over an hour late. The thing is though, when I called in to ask where my food was, the guy answering was very helpful and apologetic, and even called his driver while I was on the phone to figure out location, timing, etc. Apparently he only had 2 drivers today for a huge lunch rush. I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service alone!

To whomever owns this location, please hire more people! I really like ordering from here and that's genuinely the only complaint I have!

Always order from JJ being an Illinois Native. You guys kill it, great employees. I ordered to my Store by accident and your driver went out of his way to deliver my order to my house in a friendly manner. That is true customer service, as I would expect my employees to offer. Hats off to you all.

I know JJs is a big chain, but you don't get that feeling here. It's a 'hole in the wall' sandwich shop that gets it right, fast, and reasonably priced with excellent customer connection. I call ahead for pickup, cruise in and grab my bag, which is important on those shorter lunch breaks.

Like they advertise, freaky fast! Always welcoming when you walk in and I usually go with the #12 on wheat. I think the wheat bread has great flavor to it.

Excellent Jimmy John's restaurant. No problems with ordering or quality of food. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Ample parking. Not enough room for big strollers or big groups. Limited outdoor seating.

Everyone is complaining about their delivery. I don’t know anything about that. I’m from Los Angeles here visiting for 3 weeks and I think I have been here everyday so for the last week and a half. Guys are super chill and friendly (noon and night staff). They make the sandwiches quick and it’s freaken good. Actually I’m on my way there again in 20 minutes when they open at 10:30 am

I visited during my last trip to Boulder and was extremely pleased with the service provided by the evening crew. Fast, polite, happy, what more can you ask for? My order was ready promptly and was exactly what I expect of a Jimmy John's sub. Go there, get sandwich, be happy.

Always good food. Ordered online so my husband could pick up on his way back and they didn't have it started yet so he had to wait for 20 minutes. Not too fast of service.

It's Jimmy John's, a real good sandwich place and every one of the franchises have a consistent and amazing quality, this one is no different. They're fast and everything (of course) tastes great!

Sandwich was perfectly made with the right amounts of seasoning, veggies and meats. Quick service as well!

Loving Jimmy John's. They actually know what is in their food and have a very thorough allergen statement on their website. My daughter has a bunch of food allergies, but we're actually able to eat here safely.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I've ordered from this location several times. They've always been professional and prompt. Fast delivery and good, fast food. Ignore the haters.

Always have a great experience here. Eat here about once a week. Never had any issues and they always have my sandwich done really fast.

Great group of guys that work there at night. Very polite and well mannered with good customer service! Would be a better place if the owner actually did some work to the place and hired some delivery drivers so the crew doesn't take all the heat for it!
