My favorite jeweler has always been John Atencio and Sandra has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me get the most beautiful pieces. I know I am getting quality jewelry from a trust able jeweler with the best service! Anytime I am in Boulder I love going in the store and most recently I treated myself my some lab created studs that are absolutely stunning! I can not wait to go back to expand my John Atencio collection with the assistance of Sandra! Sandra is a rock star!!

I was not able to drive to downtown Boulder and called the store and spoke to Sandra. She went up and beyond to help me purchase the 1/2 caret lab grown diamond studs. I have wanted these studs for many years and with Sandra's help I got exactly what I wanted. Sandra is so personable that I feel she has become a friend. I have shopped with John Atencio since his beginnings and alway knew I was getting quality as well as spectacular designs. Sandra has certainly made my experience every bit as wonderful as dealing with John personally.

Sandra H. helped us purchase my husbands wedding ring. She was so helpful! She sent us sizers and made the order process so easy! My husband loves his ring and we loved how tentative Sandra was. We are very happy.

Sandra cares about her customers. She was very patient with us when we were buying our wedding set. She wants the customer to be happy with their purchase which in turn builds trust and establishes a long term relationship. Sandra helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my finace. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the ring, it is beautiful. On top of that Sandra was amazing throughout the process. She first helped me find the perfect diamond that was right in my price range. Even more impressive is that she did it over the phone. She then put a rush on the ring so that it would be ready for when I was planning on proposing. It arrived just in time! My fiance loves the ring! When we went in to get it resized once again Sandra came through for us and got it done extremely fast. Overall my experience with John Antencio has been amazing! Ring was beautiful! It took a little while to arrive, but still within the timeframe they quoted. Sandra was nice to work with. Store is set up well with unique pieces. After a few days of wearing the ring, I realized it was a bit too tight; it's amazing how sizes change from one climate to another. They had a new ring made, and rushed the order to get it to us in time for our wedding. They even let us keep the old one until the new one arrived. Very accommodating and high-quality company.

I bought my wife her engagement ring through John Atencio 25 years ago. To celebrate our 25th anniversary, I contacted them and worked with Sandra to get my wife's ring updated. From the initial contact to the final delivery (we have moved away from Colorado...so this added extra layers of diligence on Sandra's part) the process was flawless. I can't say enough good things about Sandra and John Atencio jewelers! Highly recommend!

My wedding ring in 2000 was a John Atencio. Sadly, I lost it in 2000 and replaced it with an anniversary ring. I was never happy with the setting. I contacted the Boutique Manager at John Atencio, Sandra Halouska. She is AMAZING! I now have the diamonds reset in the Devotion setting and have a John Atencio back on my finger.
