Birch Beauty Bar was my best find, ever!. I’m so glad I did my homework. I had my first cut and color with Lindsay. The entire experience was amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. A fabulous cut and color isn’t cheap these days. I was looking for a place that I loved. A place that justified the expense and appreciated my business. I couldn’t find it anywhere until I went to Birch Beauty Bar. The spa-like atmosphere was first class and relaxing. I felt pampered and appreciated. Lindsay was so personable and kind. I could actually go on and on about my experience. Not to mention how much I love my cut and color. I wanted to be a little selfish and not post a review but these gals deserve to hear how much they are appreciated and that all the planning and hard work they put in to make Birch Beauty Bar the ultimate salon, makes us all feel very special.

I love the ladies at Birch. Keli is my go to for the perfect eyebrow wax. The salon is always clean and welcoming. I had a fantastic experience with Rylie. Rylie was able to give me a consultation and delivered the results I wanted. Birch is definitely a hidden gem in the Allegheny valley!

I have been getting my hair cut, colored, and styled by Lindsey for 12 years now. I have been an Aveda client for 30 years (I was a middle schooler with great hair…). My hair is perfect. I have told Lindsey multiple times that my color looks as though it grows out of my head like this- it does not. Her color application is impeccable. My cuts and styles are normally pretty average for a 40 something mom of 3. But, damn. Do I feel like a rock star when I leave that place!

Make the appointment. Get the most beautiful, long lasting color application you have ever received (I go 10 weeks between appointments and never look as though I in dire straights)! Bring in pictures of what you like. Lindsey will make sure she understands exactly what you like in the picture and have you leaving feeling heard and looking your absolute best. I promise, you can’t go wrong in Lindsey’s chair!

I went here to get my hair cut since it is so close to where I live. I realize now how lucky I am to be so close to a great beauty studio. My stylist was Jesse, and she was extremely friendly and professional. She did an amazing job with my haircut and listened to exactly what I wanted. I feel she went above and beyond to confirm my vision as she cut and styled my hair. Birch Beauty Bar is also very clean and open-feeling. I will definitely be going back !!

If you are looking for a new hairstylist, I would highly recommend Lacy at Birch Beauty Bar. I saw her a few days ago and my haircut is fabulous. It is exactly what I was looking for. Now, let me also mention, I had a stylist who I loved how she cut my hair. The problem was she was 40 minutes away and I wanted to find someone closer. I went to Birch Beauty Bar as a first time new customer thinking, worse case, I’ll go back to my other stylist. I’m happy to say that I will now be a repeat customer with Lacy. So, if you are considering a new hair stylist, don’t hesitate to make an appointment! You won’t be disappointed. Not only does she give a great haircut, she is very sweet. She was able to recommend several products and shared information with me that I wasn’t aware of regarding hair products. It was a great visit!

I lucked upon this gem of a spa/salon. I was looking for better brows and a nice facial. Keli is AMAZING! She has a wonderful aura and calmness and well as a great sense of humor. She gave me an awesome facial and new brows with a powder brow treatment. I couldn’t be happier! ❤❤

Birch Beauty Bar has a relaxing atmosphere with an amazing group of very skilled women. Jesse did highlights and my daughters hair for her wedding. The highlights looked so natural and the perfect shade. Her hairstyle for the wedding stayed all day and night. I highly recommend checking them out.

The salon was clean, beautiful, and cozy. I started off with a facial. The room was very relaxing and the woman doing my facial was very knowledgeable and friendly. Told me every step of the way what she was doing and what I would feel.

My haircut was also a great experience. The stylist took her time to understand what I wanted and did an excellent job cutting it. I will definitely be back.

I LOVE Birch Beauty Bar! It is hard finding YOUR shop and your hair consultant! i am VERY particular about customer service, cleanliness, style - including trends - regardless of age! When I reached that particular age of maturity I didn't want to walk out of a salon looking as if I was trying to be twenty - or ninety. I wanted an honest response to style from my hair consultant and Lindsey never failed. I come out of the shop with healthy beautiful hair. Loads of compliments. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly and non-judgmental. If you want products they are there to buy.

Keli did a wonderful job with my powder brow. She listened to me and told me exactly what to expect during the healing process. The results are better than I could imagine. I am very satisfied and would easily recommend her!

I love this salon! I have been seeing Lindsey and Keli for years and they have the best products and services. I get color, cuts, facials, & lashes ~ they always have the latest beauty products and are the sweetest, friendliest ladies. The salon is gorgeous and they keep me looking my best ;) I always feel like a million bucks when I leave this adorable salon.

I've been here a few times now and gotten a couple of services. The place is always clean and sociable. The stylists know what they are doing--you're in good hands here. Pricing is fair. They only take cash tips, which is easy to forget.

Lindsey is the best hair stylist/colorist in Pittsburgh! She has been doing my hair for many years now and I always look forward to my appointment. As an AVEDA educator, Lindsey stays current in her trade and loves learning new tips and tricks! She can explain every part of the process and the ingredients in each product used - something I find extremely important. I walk out of each appointment with healthier and brighter hair!

Lindsey and Keli’s salon is beautiful! They both offer great services and love helping their clients. I highly suggest their salon to anyone in Pittsburgh!

Lindsay is amazing! This is a fabulous salon where customer service surpasses any other experience I've had. The Aveda products they use are great, and I'm always very pleased with the results. I get lots of compliments on my cut, root touch up and highlights. Try it once and you'll be a client for years!!!

Legit the bast place for lashes and they are on point when you walk out. Always a great experience and always professional. I had my lashes done by their new lash girl Nevaeh and she did amazing. I couldn't be more happy with my new lashes.

B3 is a lovely, clean salon in the heart of Blawnox. I got my eyebrows microbladed with Kelli and I am highly satisfied. She is personable, friendly and explained the whole process thoroughly, also I experienced no pain or discomfort! I was sent home with a nice aftercare kit too. I am looking forward to going back for my 6 week touch up

I have not been able to have any time for self care in such a long time. I finally booked with Keli at The Birch Beauty Bar for a skin assessment and Enzyme facial with henna eyebrows. Let me tell you, shame on me for not doing this sooner. Keli has created the perfect place that is aesthetically pleasing on the eye and also comforting, cozy and warm for heart and spirit.

Keli, is super knowledgeable in every aspect of skin care and explains everything to you as she goes forward with your assessment and before she begins your service. All of the products that she used on me smelled so good and truly did wonders on my Italian combination skin. I found out things about my skin that I did not know about! I have been looking to upgrade my skin routine and regime to suit the needs of my skin better and we did that together during this session. I left with a glowing face, perfected eyebrows( I am Italian so they grow in a little crazy pattern sometimes lol), new products and a new regime to start the process to better my skin with my new skin muse Keli!

I will most definitely be booking a service with her monthly to take a time out from life's stresses and get that self care that I deserve.

amazing color and cuts! i have never actually encountered a stylist who actually knows color like lindsay. she knows color theory in and out, so if you have always thought your hair color was just a bit 'off' come see her. you will not be disappointed! she'll get you back on the right track...

Truly amazing experience in every way. Great services in a professional, courteous and professional environment. I’ve lived in Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Charleston, SC and now Pittsburgh. This has been my favorite salon by far. Highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING for lash extensions. Keli is experienced and able to get a quality set of lashes on in an efficient amount of time.
