Allstate did a great job handling our claim for our hail-damaged roof. From the time I submitted our claim, I had regular contact from my agent, the claims office in OH, and the adjuster on the ground in CO. Everyone was coordinated and they worked well with my roofer. I got my money quickly and was able to pay the roofer as soon as the weather allowed us to get the repairs made. This was a great experience through a process that is typically frustrating.
