As soon as I opened the door to this place I knew it was going to be good. I was immediately overcome with strong nostalgia from being a kid eating at diners in small town Texas. The food was excellent. It was simple, to the point and exactly the way I hoped it would taste. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re anywhere within driving distance!

Excellent tiny diner hiding in a strip mall. Plenty of regulars squeezed together enjoying a very reasonably priced breakfast. Superb service from a surprisingly large staff. Looking forward to a return visit next time I'm in Boulder.

Ahhhh The Village Coffee Shop 🖤💛🖤 Hands down, the best diner in Boulder! If you are wishing for an upscale experience, this is not for you and that’s okay. If you want a top notch diner experience with great food and even better staff this is where you need to find yourself!

The Village is small, it is packed, it is rambunctious, and it’s AWESOME! It is everything Boulder used to be and keeps the “Keep Boulder Weird” vibe very much alive. There is a reason why the line is out the door daily!

Snuggle into a both with your loved ones/favorite homies and make some memories. Or grab a seat at the counter and watch these hash brown ninjas do their thing! The portions are HUGE and shareable. This is simplicity at its finest. This is a can’t miss experience in Boulder.

This place is a local favorite for good reason. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly, the food is great and served in plentiful portions, the prices are very reasonable (especially for Boulder) and you always feel at home even though it’s usually crowded and loud.

Absolutely perfect! The owners are there and are great energy humans. You can feel it. The cooks are incredible! Super fast service. Food was incredible. The cutest little place with a huge heart. Do yourself the favor and come.

Places where other rowers eat is always a quality sign. Great food and great service.

Amazing diner! We stopped here for breakfast while driving through and I’m so glad we went here, as we were originally going to try and go to The Buff but it was way to busy. The food was so delicious, cheap, and the staff had a great energy. Highly recommend!

Quick quality breakfast before heading up to hike in rocky mountain national park. Breakfast was very solid. Would be a frequent go to if we lived in the area. Denver omelet was very tasty and packed with ingredients. Biscuits and gravy was also good. Hope to visit again soon and stop back in.

The sure did cram lots of deliciousness into such a cozy spot. I had the pancake combo, and the pancake was as big as the plate. I would come back tomorrow if I wasnt leaving town. For fun, they holler out "Village Virgins" for people stopping by for their 1st visit.

Village was amazing!! We got the village virgins greetings and from the start they let us take coffee to the car until we get our table.

The food was in our table immediately and the pancakes where simply the best I've had in my life. Highly recommend the chocolate and blueberry ones.. all of our eggs (seen in the picture) were delicious.. thanks so much for a great experience.

Classic diner. Food was simple, but tasty. Employees were chill and friendly. We even had a view of the elite Bolder Boulder races as they went by. Would recommend for anyone that's looks for an efficient meals with no frills.

It's worth the wait if you see a line outside the Village Coffee Shop. The line moves quickly as the table turn over is high. You can even grab a coffee to sip while you wait.

Inside, a classic diner menu offers all the classics, bacon, eggs, hash browns, omelettes and a range of other favourites. Food is served amazingly quick and the staff create a great vibe publicly welcoming all newcomers!

Great brunch place with a classic menu. They have kept the prices reasonable. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy. One of my favorite brunch places in Boulder.

I came in to this coffee shop with my friends a few weeks ago and needless to say it was a wonderful experience! The kind wait staff accommodated my party that was too big for their dining room and sat us outside which was perfect! I loved the food and it made for a very memorable breakfast!

We had the buttermilk, chocolate chips and blueberry ones all great and they come with hot syrup.

The place is small and because of it’s success expect a bit of a wait.

The fact that their moto literally is “890 sq. ft. of Reality Surrounded by Boulder” should tell you everything you need to know. An alternative could be, “The breakfast we wanted, the diner Boulder needs”. Perfect diner pancakes.
Overheard conversation at the table next to us included; “Of course I’m going to study abroad… all my other doctors said it’s fine.”

An awesome dinner tucked away in Boulder! This place is a gem for breakfast lovers of any kind. If your going with a group of people be sure your entire party is on site or you’ll be asked to wait. The pancakes are the size of the plate and the coffee is hot.

Visiting Boulder for the first time, looked for a “breakfast place near me.” Google said come here- so we did. 5-star Reviews well earned! Great food, great service, great prices. Omelets were loaded with stuff (I had the bacon and cheese) but were nice and thin. (I hate spongy omelets.) Totally recommend!

This place gets super busy, so make sure you come early or be prepared for a wait.

It's a great breakfast spot that has all the diner classics. Definitely a place to check out if you are in Boulder.
