Luke & Mike's Frontporch

This place is one of my favorite go to‘s. It’s always very classy but still pretty chill! The food is always on point. I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had here on a focaccia bun I asked for a medium rare and it was done literally perfectly. The people I was with got a grilled cheese and a chicken sandwich. Their chips are amazing and their fries are the perfect kind of fries. Everything is so delicious and the staff is always so quick and on it and kind. There’s tons of parking in the surrounding area!

elevated food without pretension. outdoor seating is a must! flavors on point across the board. blackened shrimp with risotto and the steak burger were two standouts. and the tuna!!

Last night was our first time here. Heirloom Caprese with Burrata was so good! We also enjoyed the Blackened Shrimp Risotto and the Braised Beef Ravioli.
Skip dessert here though, the key lime cheesecake was uneventful.

I had a terrific time! As a small business owner, I understand the importance of supporting places that have the ability to shine through generations to come and I feel like Luke and Mike’s front porch is like that. I recommend The fish tacos and the margaritas particularly the BlackBerry if you are of drinking age :-) I can’t wait to go back. Best, Jen Vanella.

We were celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious, the service was amazingly friendly and the atmosphere is so chill. Love sitting out on the deck or patio. This restaurant is location in one of the cutest suburbs of the city of Pittsburgh….Aspinwall.

The burger was excellent! They have great outdoor seating. I would go again!

Salmon Sandwich made in perfection. Most likely one of the BEST ever had. Warm, moist and flavorful. Loved it beyond words

The cafe was elegant for a small cafe. The menu was simple. The front porch setting was also simple. If you're looking for a simple lunch consisting of a soup, salad, or sandwich, Luke and Mike's Front Porch is the cafe to visit. I had the grilled veggie salad topped with shrimp, and my husband had the burger, and both were delicious.

The servers were friendly, and accommodating to my food allergies.

Must try fried shrimp.
Fish tacos for lunch are always a treat.
Dinner options are always amazing. Definitely have to jump around the menu because the seasonal changes are always fun.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner here! Food and service both on point, we especially loved the fried corn riblets appetizer and the scallops on my wife’s pasta were so fresh! A year ago we came here for our first date and now we’re getting married, this place will always have a special place in our hearts!

Aspinwall is charming and this restaurant was excellent. I had the blackened salmon salad with mango salsa and it was the best version of this salad I’ve ever had. The salmon was perfectly cooked and tasty, the sesame ginger dressing was well balanced in terms of flavors, and the salsa was delicious. We sat outside on a beautiful summer night. The owner checked on us twice. The bartender made me a flavorful and not too sweet mocktail. Prices are reasonable too. I’ll be back!

I always rely on reviews, but don't post enough of them, especially around my hometown. Looked for a new place with outdoor dining for our anniversary. Luke & Mike's delivered. A limited menu, executed very well. Some might resist *some* of the prices, but it's great value for the dollar, which is what we look for when we dine out. We'll be back.

This was our book club's 2nd summer dinner here. When I asked for suggestions of where we should go this year, everyone said they wanted to return to Luke and Mike's! The eight of us had a nice corner spot on the porch and enjoyed drinks and a great meal, served by a delightful waitress. We all highly recommend it!

I had the blackened salmon salad. Quite good.

The wine is a bit challenging, but most of the other drinks are great.

Nice place to have an evening meal, when the weather is pleasant.

Great patio, friendly and attentive servers, seasonal cocktail menu, and varied food selection with something for everyone. Definitely recommend this place!

Food was awesome! My 4 year old got the front porch burger she loved it she did just get it with cheese. The Hubby tried her food and said it was really good. He got the blackened fish tacos and the braised beef raviolis. He loved his food but really loved the Braised beef raviolis! I got the marinated chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries it was really good. The staff was so nice and very mellow.

Amazing place. Small town, family owned, quaint atmosphere. There are only a hand full of tables inside but we saw the owner, talked to one of the sons the restaurant is named for and the staff was awesome. HIGHLY recommended!

First time at the front porch. The food and drinks were top notch. The staff also really friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was the best. Will definitely be going back
