Friendly staff, super helpful. They'll work with you to get you the help you need to get healthy. The sliding scale fee system makes sure you don't overpay, and stay within your budget.

I also managed to get a refill of my meds for half of what I usually pay, so I'm thankful.

Also, their staff gives very solid food recommendations for the local area. 😄

Very kind and make you feel welcomed and personnaly helped me get my health back in order. Dr. And staff are amazing

To all the people talking bad about the receptionist that was answering the phone, what doctors office do you go to that you call and talk to your doctor 🤔 normally you talk to a nurse or a nurse's assistant you never talk to your doctor second of all if you all wouldn't call rude you wouldn't be treated rude talk to people how you want to be talked to and you would have been talked to in a decent mannerjust because you're sick and don't feel good don't mean you have the right to talk to people any kind of way you all talk about how rude the staff is but you never consider how you were rude to the staff!!

Found this place through my insurance company since I was new to the area at the time. I was skeptical at my first visit but really connected with the doctor I met, so I decided to continue going. I haven't had a physical at all this year and was due in February. I finally got around to calling for an appointment in June. They said they were completely booked and scheduled me an appointment TWO MONTHS OUT, in August. It's not urgent, even though I have had concerns and questions about my health, so I decided to just schedule it and wait. The appointment was scheduled for a date and time THEY suggested to me. Finally the day arrives, yesterday, and I walk in. I tell the nurse at the front desk that I was scheduled for an appointment, and she tells me that they had "been trying to call everyone" because the doctor ended up not coming in today. I let her know that I didn't receive a call, so she looked at the schedule, and....I HAD NEVER BEEN PENCILED IN! There was no indication that I had been scheduled whatsoever, even though that date and time was by their recommendation. I asked if there was any other doctor I could wait for, and they sad no, they only have the one (apparently), and she's leaving that location soon. I asked where her next office would be and they didn't even know that. I left and won't be going back there ever. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone and I would say to definitely take the other reviews here to heart. Find a doctor's office that is staffed by competent workers and actually cares about you and your time.

This practice is horrible. They have a bunch of ignorant assistants running the place. Every patient I have spoke to has always had issues with the west end health center. There are currently two malpractice lawsuits filed against this office.

So rude have no respect for you or your time would not recommend anyone use this practice at all
