It is with so much pleasure and delight that I give Yankello's a 5 star rating. If I could give them more than five stars, I'd gladly do it. Our Sonos soundbar fell off of our mantle and ripped an audio chord out of our LG OLED TV damaging one of the HDMI ports. After doing some research and finding only three repair teams in the area that could service our TV, Yankello's was the only one that called me back. Frank and his brother were total rockstars. They stayed in constant contact with me while we waited for the key part to come in. Frank came to my home one Saturday afternoon with Mike and in less than 30 minutes, our TV and sound system were up and running. Frank clearly takes pride in his craft, expertise and ensuring that the customer is happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you ever need a repair team to service your AV equipment, call Yankello. Anyone else would be a waste of time.

The best customer service I have experienced in years. My TV died and I called to ask if they carried Sony or Samsung TVs. Then I asked if they delivered and set up. Looking at their schedule they were booked for a week and they offered to bring it now. It was 5pm! By 7pm I had a new TV set up and working perfectly. Thank you Yankello!

Old fashioned customer service, like they used to do. I called with a question about a speaker problem, they knew right where to direct me to get the problem fixed. This is why small businesses deserve our support over big bland homogenized box stores.
