The absolute BEST dentist office in PA!! The BEST Doctor (John Aronson) and the BEST staff. Anyone complaining about waiting should understand when your the best everyone wants you. I’m waiting and I would NEVER EVER EVER go to anyone else but him. His hands are blessed! His work is impeccable. I saw a complaint below, sad entitlement at its glory👎🏼

Alfa Dentistry is a great practice! The receptionists were so friendly and accommodating, Hannah was wonderful cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Aronson was kind, welcoming, and professional. Thankful to have found them!

Dr. Aronson and his team are simply the Best! They have helped me more than once to getting my teeth and me back to a healthy, happy mouth and life!

As the first dental practice that provided me with my dental impression molds, and told me that I could save $ on future bruxism guards using those molds, I am honestly grateful.

I grind my teeth (extremely!) severely at night, and I think I have a solution with a new type of guard that I hadn't seen before. It looked intimidating at first because there is a metal bar stretching where the plastic usually would be through the front, but my sleep has improved remarkably!

I am so pleased with my experiences and the professional work done here. Even the dental cleanings are pleasant and I walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed (ps - thank you for the gentle care and also the massaging chairs!)

I am a new patient here and can honestly say that this was the best dental office experience I’ve had! Everything start to finish was excellent! They make remembering your appointment easy with text reminders. The receptionists are warm and friendly. My dental hygienist was extremely gentle but thorough and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Aronson was very efficient and explained everything in detail and also made me feel at ease with future appointments and procedures. Oh AND the chairs have gentle massagers built in for a relaxed cleaning! I can not recommend this dentistry enough!

I’ve been putting off a trip to the dentist as long as I could. My childhood dentists had really scared me away from even something as simple as a regular cleaning. I decided I couldn’t put it off anymore, and started researching the area to find a dentist with positive reviews. Things that I kept seeing over and over were the quality of care, kind staff, and a lot of reviewers referenced their own aversion to going to the dentist.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Aronson and Alfa Dentistry enough. I had a cleaning about a month and a half ago, and just got home from getting a filling. Both were done very gently, and my teeth have been feeling great since the cleaning. Getting a tooth filled was always terrifying for me, and I was really impressed with how quickly and painlessly Dr. A fixed my tooth.

If you can get on the schedule, do it!! Thank you again so much, looking forward to my next cleaning in November!

An excellent dental office. I’ve been going there over 2 years and everyone is wonderful. I’ve never waited to be seen; they are always right on schedule. Caring and knowledgeable hygienists. Dr. Aronson explains everything nicely. I highly recommend them.

So thankful for Alfa Dentistry. I have been going to them for several years now and have only positive things to say. Every member of the staff is welcoming and kind. Dr. Aronson is a great dentist and you can tell he cares about each person who comes through the office. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Awesome place within walking distance for us in Dormont. Went there for myself and also had an apt. for our 4 year old. They were amazing! Fast and friendly. We were in and out without any long waiting periods which in general is nice, but with a squirmy kid is a miracle. Will definitely be back!

I have been visiting Alfa Dentistry for a couple of years now and I am really impressed by the gentle work of all of the hygienists and the efficiency of the overall experience. They seem always to be on time and everyone is very pleasant to deal with. A cracked tooth ultimately brought me to Dr Aronson and his work is great, I know that I am in good hands at Alfa!

This was my first visit to the office. The office was very clean and Covid careful. The front office staff was very friendly. Dr. Aronson’s assistant took the time to explain everything to me since I was new to the office and did not rush anything she was doing taking time to explain things. Dr. Aronson was very friendly and immediately put me at ease. He explained what he was doing and was gentle and very professional. I found my new dental home!!

I Just moved to the Mt. Lebo area from San Diego and honestly I am so glad i found Alfa Dentistry!!! All of the staff including Dr. Aronson are absolutely amazing. The moment you walk in every staff member you encounter has just a big smile on their face and they have made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I've had many horrible experiences with previous dentists which makes me very anxious to get any dental work done; but rest assured, Dr. Aronson will take wonderful care of you and when I say he has the gentlest hands I mean it!! I would recommend Alfa Dentistry to anyone!!! You will not be disappointed!

I have experienced a lifetime of traumatic experiences at the hands of several different dentists. I was literally brought to tears when my new dentist, Dr. Aronson, was finished working on my tooth that required extensive procedures to fix what my last dentist did to me. It has taken me many decades to find a dentist who takes the time to explain what is happening, has a calm attitude to set a patient at ease, gentle gentle gentle!, wonderful staff, I just can't say enough about Alfa Dentistry and I will recommend to absolutely everyone I know! Such a friendly and welcoming staff. I just moved to the area and needed a new dentist, after searching I landed on ALFA Dentistry and I’m really glad I did. Quick, informative, and courteous, they made it feel like I had been a client for years. If you’re looking for a new dentist or just moved here, give them a shot!

Staff is very polite and thorough. The facility is modern and clean. I especially like the massage dental chair! Dr. Aronson very personable and spent ample time explaining what happened to my tooth and how to proceed.

I started going to Alfa Dentistry recently.

This morning, I called them about a crown that had fallen off a tooth.

And Dr. Aronson saw me and repaired it within about an hour and a half after I called.

I thought everyone was very friendly and efficient.

I ate salt water taffy and it pulled out my dental crown. Alfa gave me a prompt emergency appointment and put my crown in quickly. I was able to chew on it right away. I’m beyond happy. No more taffy for me!

My experience was fantastic. Ive had quite a few awful dentists in the past, but this was top notch.

Hopefully this will be another review, as opposed to an amendment, but the service and professionalism at this dentistry continues to be exemplary.

Dr. Aronson and his entire staff are nothing but the BEST. I’ve been to several different dentists over the years but I can honestly say he is A1. From cleanings to checkups to replacing a crown (that my previous dentist put in incorrectly) Dr. Aronson couldn’t be any better. Professional, Clean, Pleasant, Supportive, Fair and very Skilled.
