Cappetta Dentistry

Dr Cappetta and his staff were amazing with my mother who has Alzheimer’s. Kim, hygienist, was wonderful and both she and Dr Cappetta were very empathetic in caring for her needs.

We have been going to Dr. Frank for 15+ years. The staff is all amazing. They do a fantastic job and are great with kids. My son started when he was 3 and is now 14. He has never been afraid of the dentist. They are patient and attentive. I highly recommend them!!

Dr Cappetta and his staff are professional and courteous. They are very accommodating and do very good work. This office is not close to my home but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Truly top notch dentistry. Highly recommend this practice.

This is a great place to go and a comfortable atmosphere. I have been going to Dr. Capetta for close to 30 years since before I was able to drive myself there. I can tell you from the time you call or show up Debbie and the other people working the office side are great to deal with. My hygienist, Chrissy, is pleasant and a genuinely nice person. Dr. Capetta is an excellent dentist and remembers things about every one of his patients that makes them feel welcome.

Truly a great job and one of the best doctors or offices out of all the ones I see.

My dentist of 42 yrs retired. I am so very thankful to have found Dr.Cappetta and his great staff. Didn't think I would luck out twice in my life finding a GREAT dentist. Very very happy.

Took my 8 and 6 year old kiddos for a cleaning and check-up. The people there were very pleasant and patient with them. We've been to a couple other dentists, and this place is our favorite! We will definately stay with this place and highly recommend it if you have younger ones. :)

I am a pediatric dentist located in Missouri City, Texas. I recently saw a patient that Dr Cappetta had performed restorative dentistry on a few years ago. Thanks to Dr Cappetta's excellent work, my patient did not need to have a root canal performed on his immature first permanent molar.

I understand it is difficult for the general public to know if your dentist performs quality work, but Dr Cappetta's treatment was outstanding for this child.

I seen Dr. Frank as a child when I lived in Pittsburgh. We moved to Butler and i was unhappy with several local dentists in my area. I now make the hour plus drive to go to back there. Excellent Dr and staff.

I've been coming here since I was a little kid and when I moved away for college I would continue to schedule appointments for when I was visiting Pittsburgh. Now, I'm getting ready to schedule my daughter for her first visit.

If I could leave no stars I would. I called to make a new appointment with this dentist, I never been to this office but it's close to my house. The lady Mary who answered the phone had absolutely no customer service skills and was no help. I am in a lot pain with my teeth and I need at least 3 teeth worked on. I understand i will need xrays because this is the first time i been there but this Mary at the office told me it's office policy for new patients to get a initial cleaning. I tried to get though to her how my teeth hurt so bad I can't have them cleaned until they get me out pain and I swear Mary was a robot because she kept saying it's office policy to get a cleaning before they do anything else to me. I told Kathy this policy needs to be looked over because my teeth hurts to the touch. Mary just kept saying the same thing, office policy. If you're thinking of going there and never been there before don't do it. They could have cleaned my teeth after they fixed the painful ones but no, i guess it's their way of collecting that cleaning money from the insurance. Mary actually told me to go somewhere else. Here's an update, since Mary at this dental office refused to let the dentist see me before I had a cleaning my mouth over night blew up like a balloon and I had to go to the er. If she would have let me come in and not worry about a cleaning first I wouldn't have a major infection in the side of my face.

Called and asked if there were any available appointments for emergencys. She asked if I was a current patient and I said no. She responded, then no, we have regular patients we have to fit in. Oh. So you do have them, you just are waiting for established patients to have emergencies. That will bring in new business. Not.
